«Տարոնն ասում էր՝ Երևանի տրանսպորտը 100 դրամով չի կարող ոչ միայն զարգանալ, այլ նաև երկար աշխատել, իսկ ահա կարգին հայկոները և էլի Սերժ Սարգսյանի փեսու թիվիներում աշխատող մանր ու միջին դեմագոգներ ու պոպուլիստներ ,իբր թե երևանցիների մասին մտածելով, պայքարում էին Տարոնի դեմ ՝պնդելով, թե իբր 100 դրամն էլ է շատ տրանսպորտի համար՝ հայտարարելով,թե էդ 100 դրամով գծատերերը գերշահույթներ են ստանում և կարող են առանց տրանսպորտը թանկացնելու էլ բարեփոխումներ կատարել…
Ու քանի որ ես միշտ ազնիվ եմ մեր ժողովրդի հետ ու երբեք չեմ խաբում, էն ժամանակ էլ հայտատարում էի, որ էդ կարգին հայկոններն ու մյուս դեմագոգները ոչ թե ժողովրդի մասին էին մտածում, այլ ուղղակի պայքարում էին իշխանության համար, և այդ օրերին ես հայտարարեցի, որ եթե նույնիսկ էդ կարգինհայկոները ղեկավարեն Երևանը, ապա միևնույն է ստիպված են լինելու բարձրացնել տրանսպորտի գինը…
Էն ժամանակ էդ կարգին հայկոներն ու մյուս դեմագոգները քննադատում էին ինձ,իրենք Սերժ Սարգսյանի փեսու թիվիներում աշխատելովՙ ինձ համարում էին օրվա իշխանություններին ծառայող,մինչդեռ ես ուղղակի չէի խաբում մեր ժողովրին, իսկ նրանք գիտակցաբար, ստորաբար խաբեցին մեր ժողովրդին.էսօր արդեն կարգին հայկոները լսեցնում են ժողովրդին, որ իբր թե լավ տրանսպոտ ունենալու համար պետք է թանկացնեն տրանսպորտը ու քանի որ իրենք շատ շուստրի տղերք են, տարածում են լուրեր՝ 200, թե՞ 150 դրամ պետք է դարձնել տրանսպորտը, որպեսզի հետո հայտարարեն, որ իրենք էնքան լավն են որ 200-ի փոխարեն 150 դարձրին տրանսպորտը…
Ընդամենը խնդրում եմ մեր ժողովրդին հիշել՝ ով ինչ էր հայտարարում, ով ինչ էր խոսում ….
Անկախ այն բանից իմ խոսքը դուր կգա թե ոչ իմ ժողովրդին, ես միշտ ասել և ասելու եմ ճշմարտությունը, քանզի սեփական ժողովրդին խաբելը համարում եմ մեծագույն լկտիություն ու սրիկայություն.ավելի լավ է ճիշտն ասես, շատերը այդ պահին քեզ չհասկանալով վիրավորեն քեզ, բայց դու հանգիստ լինես քո խղճի առաջ, որ չես խաբում քո ժողովրդին, իսկ ժամանակի ընթացքում էլ մարդիկ հաստատ կգնահատեն ազնվությունդ..
Իսկ մեր ժողովրդին խաբած նիկոլներն ու կարգինհայկոները պատժվելու էն, և շատ խիստ…»։
