«Ես չեմ ժխտում». Տոնոյանը չհերքեց անձնական կապը բանակի սննդի կազմակերպման ընկերության ղեկավարի հետ
POLITICSԶորամասերին սննդի կազմակերպման պլիոտային ժամանակաշրջանը 3 տարի է, որի ընթացքում պետք է հասնենք նրան, որ բոլոր զորամասերում նույն ձեւաչափով ապահովվի սննդի կազմակերպումը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հուլիսի 22-ին, ՊՆ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ հավելելով, որ աշխատելու են, որ դա 3 տարուց ավելի շուտ լինի:
Նախարարի խոսքով, այս պահին 4 զորամասում է դա արվում, նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ են գնում 5-րդ զորամասում, որը բավականին հեռավոր է, որը նաեւ ընդգրկված է մարտական հերթապահության մեջ. «Կամաց-կամաց է լինելու գործընթացը, միանգամից չենք կարող»:
Հարցին, թե որքանով է իրականությանը համապատասխանում տեղեկությունը՝, որ զորամասերում սննդի կազմակերպում իրականացնող կազմակերպության ղեկավարը իր մտերիմն է, Դավիթ Տոնոյանը չհերքեց. «Հաղթող է ճանաչվել 6 կազմակերպություն, որոնք հավասար պայմաններում իրականացնելու են այդ սննդի կազմակերպումը: Կան նաեւ «բողոքող» կազմակերպություններ, որոնք հաղթող կազմակերպություններին կապում են անձամբ ինձ հետ: Ես չեմ ժխտում, որ կազմակերպության ղեկավարն իմ խնդրանքով է դա կատարում հիմա, որովհետեւ ես ուրիշ վստահելի տարբերակ չունեմ: Դուք պատկերացնում եք, որ դա զինծառայողների սննդի հետ է կապված լինելու, եւ եթե ինքը չհաջողի, չեմ հաջողելու նաեւ ես: Որտե՞ղ խնդիր կա:
Կան սննդի կազմապերչական եւ վարչարարության խնդիրներ: Իրենք զբաղվում են վարչարարությամբ, նաեւ սննդի կազմակերպմամբ, զբաղվում են պրոֆեսիոնալները, որոնք այսօր Հայաստանում գոյություն չունեն: Նաեւ կան հրավիրված մասնագետներ: Մենք այդպիսի սննդի կազմակերպում զինծառայողներին չենք կազմակերպել, հիմա դա արվում է»:
Դավիթ Տոնոյանի խոսքով, այս պահին միայն այդ մեկ կազմակերպությունն է գործում. «Երբ մնացած 5 կազմակերպություններն անցնեն գործի, շատ արագ այդ զորամասերի թիվը կավելանա: Դուք կտեսնեք, որ մեկ ամսվա մեջ 3 զորամաս, 2 ամսվա մեջ՝ 4 զորամաս, այդպես քայլ առ քայլ կգնանք»:
Հարցին, թե վտանգավոր չէ՞ այդ կազմակերպություններին ռազմական տվյալներ փոխանցելը, նախարարը բացասական արձագանք տվեց. «Որովհետեւ ոչ մեկը ամբողջական պատկերը չունի: Իրենք ունեն ԱԱԾ հատուկ թույլտվություններ, նույն տեղեկությունները կարող են նույն հաջողությամբ այլ մարդիկ փոխանցեն»:
