ՊԲ-ի հյուսիս-արեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում հակառակորդի գնդակից 4 ընկերներին կորցրած 18-ամյա Արման Ստեփանյանն էլ ոտքից էր վիրավորում ստացել:
Բժիշկներին հաջողվել է փրկել նրա կյանքը: Այսօր էլ տնային պայմաններում է բուժում ստանում: Բայց ոչ միայն տուն չունի, այլեւ այնպիսի սոցիալական ծանր պայմաններում է ապրում, որ մայր եւ որդի գոյատեւման խնդիր ունեն: Ստեղծված իրավիճակը SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հուզված ներկայացրեց ԼՂՀ ժամկետային զինծառայող, 18-ամյա Արման Ստեփանյանի մայրը՝ 52-ամյա Արմանուշ Սիմոնյանը:
Նա պատմեց, որ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 25-ին թշնամու կողմից TR-107 կայանքներից հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման էր ենթարկվել ՊԲ-ի հյուսիս-արեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասը, որի հետևանքով զոհվել էին 4 զինծառայողներ և կային նաև վիրավորներ:
Վիրավորներից մեկն էլ Ա. Ստեփանյանն է, ով ձախ ոտքից մինչև ծունկը վիրավորվել էր և տեղափոխվել Ստեփանակերտի զինվորական հոսպիտալ, այնուհետև ուղղաթիռով տեղափոխվել էր Երևանի Մուրացանի անվան զինվորական հոսպիտալ: Այժմ Արմանը գտնվում է ժամանակավոր արձակուրդում՝ տանը, որպեսզի ստանա բուժում: Մայրը՝ Ա. Սիմոնյանը, 3-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամ է, իսկ ամուսինը մահացել է 2005 թվականին:
Մայր և որդի բնակվում են Կոտայքի մարզի Զովունի գյուղի 21 փողոցում, թիվ 23 վագոն տնակում: Նշված տնակը իրենցը չէ, այլ մի բարի մարդ տվել է, որպեսզի ժամանակավոր բնակվեն: Ընտանիքը ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում է, մայրը SHAMSHYAN.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում պատմում էր, որ որդուն դժվար պայմաններում է մեծացրել. «Ուրախ գնաց բանակ՝ այն հույսով, որ վերադառնա, աշխատի, ընտանիք կազմի, բայց տեղի ունեցավ դժբախտություն. թշնամու արձակած հրթիռից զոհվեցին հայրենիքը պաշտպանող երիտասարդ զինվորներ, իսկ որդիս ստացավ ծանր վնասվածք:
