Ստուգումներ Լոռու որոշ համայնքներում
POLITICSՉնայած ՊՎԾ-ի շուրջ վերջին շրջանում բավականին բուռն զարգացումներին, կառույցը շարունակում է աշխատել իր բնականոն հունով, և ստուգումների պակաս այդ գերատեսչությունում բնավ չկա։ Մասնավորաբար, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ օրերս լայնածավալ ստուգումներ են նախատեսվում Լոռու մարզի մի շարք բնակավայրերում, մասնավորաբար Շնող, Ախթալա, Օձուն և Ալավերդի, Թումանյան խոշորացված համայնքներում։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ստուգումները լինելու են գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում։
Թերթի զրուցակիցը նաև փոխանցել է, որ սա պայմանավորված է գլխավորապես այն հանգամանքով, որ այս համայնքների ղեկավարները ներկա իշխանությունների համար շարունակում են մնալ ռիսկային ու «անհնազանդ», և ստուգումների «քավորը» Լոռու մարզպետն է, ով հիշյալ համայնքների ղեկավարների (ու ոչ միան նշյալ) հետ խնդիրներ ունի այն առումով, որ ցանկանում է բոլորին իր «բռի մեջ» պահել, բայց չի ստացվում։
Ի դեպ, մարզում ակտիվորեն խոսում են, որ այդ խնդիրները գնալով խորանում են, քանի որ մի կողմից մարզպետարանների լիազորություններն ու մարզպետի պատկերացումները (ցանկությունները) հաճախ չեն համապատասխանում իրար, մյուս կողմից, այսպես կոչված, «հին համակարգից ժառանգություն մնացած» համայնքապետները չեն ցանկանում անցնել նրա «թրի տակով»:
Չի բացառվում, որ «հերթական» ստուգումներ իրականացվեն նաև Վանաձոր, Սպիտակ ու Ստեփանավան համայնքներում:
Ի դեպ, տեղեկություններ կան, որ նման լայնածավալ ստուգումներ են նախատեսվում նաև Արագածոտնի և Կոտայքի մարզերի մի շարք համայնքներում։
