««Կլեպի» ավտոն են ջարդում». վրաերթից մահացած 13-ամյա աղջկա հարազատները վրդովված են վարորդին ազատելու որոշումից

Արմավիրի մարզի Փարաքար գյուղում հուլիսի 18-ին տեղի ունեցած վրաերթի հետեւանքով մահացած 13-ամյա Արուսյակ Գեւորգյանի հարազատները դժգոհ են Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կայացրած որոշումից. վրաերթի ենթարկելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալված 51–ամյա տղամարդը 800.000 դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակվել։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում մահացածի տատը՝ Մարիետա Ավետիսյանը, պատմեց, որ դեպքի մասին տեղեկացել է՝ տնից պատահական դուրս գալով։

«Երեխես զանգեց, ասաց՝ տատի, գնում եմ պարի։ Ու անցավ մի որոշ ժամանակ, լսեցի, որ երեխա է վրաերթի ենթարկվել։ Զգում էի, ու դուրս եկա տնից, վազեցի, տեսնեմ՝ թոռս մեքենայի տակ ընկած է։ Ինձ ասացին, որ երեխաս անցել է անթույլատրելի հատվածով, բայց ինքն անցել է հետիոտնի համար նախատեսված հատվածով, ու ոչ մի խախտում թույլ չի տվել»,- պատմեց տատը եւ հավելեց, որ Արուսյակը 5 տարի ամեն օր պարի է գնացել-եկել այդ նույն ճանապարհով։

«Միանգամից ապատեղեկատվություն տարածվեց, թե վարորդն առաջին օգնություն է ցույց տվել, բայց սուտ է, ինքը փախել էր, չկար։ Հետո ասացին, թե ծեծել ենք վարորդին, երեւի Աստված իր կողմից էր, որ իրեն մենք չենք տեսել»,- ասաց մահացածի տատը։

Նա պատմեց, որ կասկածյալը ազատ է արձակվել երեխայի թաղման օրը, որն իրենց հունից հանել է. «Պարո՛ն դատավոր, կիրակի օրով դատ ես անում, մարդուն ազատ ես արձակում, երբ երեխու դիակը դեռ սեղանի վրա է։ Գոնե 7 օրն անցներ, էսօր երեխուս 7-ն ա։ 800 հազարով ես դիակ չեմ ծախում, մենք արյուն չենք ծախում»։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում մահացածի ազգական Գոհար Ավետիսյանն ասաց, որ իրենք հասկանում են, որ կարող է կասկածյալը 72 ժամ չլինել ազատության մեջ, սակայն կա հարցի բարոյական կողմը. «Ինքը պետք է մտածեր՝ ես չեմ կարող դուրս գալ արեւի տակ, երբ մարդիկ ողբում են։ Փաստորեն, կարող են լինել պոտենցիալ մարդասպան, բայց փողը տալ, դուրս գալ։ Երեխային զիջել են առաջին շարքի 2 մեքենաները, երբ երեխան պետք է հասներ մայթին, վրաերթի է ենթարկել վարորդն ու փախել»։

Մյուս ազգականը՝ Գոհար Դավթյանը, պատմեց, որ համացանցում տեսել են տեսանյութ, որտեղ դեպքի վայրից ՃՈ-ի աշխատակիցը հեռախոսով խոսելիս նշում է՝ ««Կլեպի» ավտոն են ջարդում». «Իսկ ի՞նչ պետք է անեին երեխայի հարազատները այդ «Կլեպի» մեքենան, եթե ոչ ջարդեին։ Նրան ազատելով՝ երեխայի հարազատների մեջ արթնացնում են գազան ու հանցագործ»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Վարդան Գրիգորյանը օրերս որոշում է կայացրել 800.000 դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակել հուլիսի 18-ին Երևանյան խճուղում 12-ամյա աղջնակի մահվան ելքով վրաերթի ենթարկելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալված 51–ամյա տղամարդուն։ Քննիչը դատարանին միջնորդել էր երկու ամսով կալանավորել կասկածյալին։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հուլիսի 18-ին մահվան ելքով վրաերթ էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 17։30-ից ժամը 18։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 51-ամյա Վարդան Ե.-ն իր վարած Mercedes մակնիշի 35 AՍ 299 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երևանյան խճուղում՝ Սուրբ Հարություն եկեղեցու հարևանությամբ, հետիոտնի համար նախատեսված անցման վայրում վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 12-ամյա Արուսյակ Գ– ին։ Վրաերթի ենթարկված երեխան տեղում մահացել էր։
