Քեզ է պետք՝ դու էլ արա

 

Ամեն անգամ, երբ խոսակցության ընթացքում հնչում է «պետք է» բառը, արժե հարց տալ․ «Իսկ ո՞ւմ է պետք»։ Մանիպուլացնողները սիրում են քողարկել, որ այն, ինչի մասին իրենք խոսում են, առաջին հերթին հենց իրենց է պետք։ Օրինակ, եթե մանիպուլացումից զտենք ծնողների «Դու պետք է գնաս աշխատանքի» արտահայտությունը, այն կհնչի հետեւյալ կերպ․ «Ինձ պետք է, որ դու դադարես իմ վզին նստել ու գնաս աշխատելու»։

 

Մի՛ խոստացիր

 

Եթե խոստացել ես, կատարի՛ր։ Հիշիր, թե ինչ հաճախ եք ուրիշների ճնշման տակ չկշռադատված խոտումներ տվել։ Մանիպուլացնողը ձեզ միտումնավոր կդրդի նման խոստումներ տալուն, իսկ հետո կշահագործի Ձեր մեղքի զգացումը։ Պարզապես մի՛ խոստացեք, բայց եթե արդեն խոստացել եք՝ կատարեք։ Այդ դեպքում հաջորդ անգամ երկու անգամ կմտածեք մինչեւ ավելորդ պարտականություններ ստանձնելը։

 

Անպոչ գդալի պես ամեն տեղ ձեր օգնությունը մի՛ առաջարկեք

 

Հաճախ մենք, առաջնորդվելով բարի նպատակներով, ավելի վատացնում ենք դրությունը։ Օրինակ, մեզնից օգնություն ոչ ոք չի խնդրել։ Իսկ մեր ջանքերը ընկալվում են որպես պարտականություն։ Էլ ավելի վատ է, երբ մի մարդու փոխարեն մեկ ուրիշն է խնդրում ։ Նման իրավիճակում նրան օգնելով՝ մենք խախտում ենք եւս մեկ օրենք «Քեզ է պետք՝ դու էլ արա»։ Եթե ձեզ ակնհայտ է թվում, որ մարդն օգնության կարիք ունի, նրանից պարզիր՝ պատրաստ է արդյոք նա ընդունել այդ օգնությունը հենց ձեզնից։

 

Խնդրանքը մի՛ մերժեք

 

Ցանկացած խնդրանք ենթադրում է շնորհակալություն ։ Մանիպուլացնողներին հատուկ է դատարկ խոստումներ տալն ու լավության մասին մոռանալը։ Կատարեք խնդրանքը, բայց մի ամաչեք խնդրել պատասխան լավության մասին։ Գուցե նույնիսկ՝ նախապես։

 

Ապրիր ներկայով , այլ ոչ թե անցյալով կամ ապագայով

 

Ամենակարեւոր օրենքներից մեկը։ Մենք երբեք չենք ուզում լինել ավելի վատը, քան եղել ենք անցյալում, իսկ դրանից միշտ օգտվում են մյուսները ։ Օրինակ «Առաջ դու այսպիսին չէիր» մանիպուլացման փորձը կարելի է հեշտությամբ կանխել՝ ասելով «Դա առաջ էր» ։ Կամ էլ թե չէ վարդագույն ապագայի խոստումները միանգամից դադարում են, երբ հարցնում եք․ «Այդ ամենը հետո է լինելու, իսկ հիմա ինչ ես դու առաջարկում»։

 

Մի՛ կապվիր

 

Որքա՞ն հաճախ ենք մենք կապվում մարդուն, առարկային կամ զբաղմունքին։ Որքա՞ն ուժեղ կարող է լինել այդ կապվածությունը, առանց վտանգելու մեր հոգեւոր հավասարակշռությունը։ Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրն իր պատասխանն ունի այս հարցերին։ Միայն թե հիշեք՝ այդ զգացմունքային կապերի օգնությամբ ձեզ կարող են հեշտությամբ շանտաժի ենթարկել։ Թույլ մի տվեք ձեր մտերիմներին դառնալ ընտանեկան ահաբեկիչներ։
