Կալիֆոռնիայի Գլենդել քաղաքի 27-ամյա բնակիչ Էնթնի Հանիմեն բարձրացել է Աֆրիկայի ամենաբարձր կետը՝ Կիլիմանջարո լեռան գագաթը, հաղորդում է Asbarez-ը:

8 օր է տեւել, մինչեւ Էնթնին հասել է լեռան գագաթին, որտեղ բարձրացրել է հայկական դրոշն ու վերադարձել Լոս Անջելես:

Իր հարցազրույցում Հանիմեն նշել է, որ ցանկացել է իր քայլով ոգեշնչել հայ երիտասարդներին, ցույց տալ, որ պետք է  ընդլայնել սեփական սահմանները, իրագործել սխրանքներ եւ հաղթահարել  խոչընդոտները:

երիտասարդն ասել է, որ ինքը հայ է, եւ հպարտ է հայ լինելու կոչումն ունենալու համար, իսկ իր քայլով փորձել է  հարգանքի տուրք է մատուցել Գլենդելի հայ համայնքին, ընտանիքին, ուսուցիչներին եւ դպրոցին՝ իրենց ջանքերի համար:
