Վիտամին B12-ը օդի պես անհրաժեշտ է 40-ն անց կանանց!Ահա վիտամինի պակասի 14 նախանշաններ

Փաստ է, որ 40-60 տարեկան կանանց 4%-ը ունեն վիտամին B12-ի պակաս ու ամեն կերպ նշանակություն չեն տալիս դրա նախանշաններին:Եթե ցանկություն ունեք ունենալ գեղեցիկ մազեր, ամուր նյարդային համակարգ և առողջ մաշկ,ապա մեր այս հոդվածը օգտակար կլինի Ձեզ համար:

 

Շատ հաճախ, կյանքի զբաղվածության թոհուբոհում , մենք չենք տեսնում մեր օրգանիզմի տագնապային ազդակները,վերագրելով դրանք հոգնածությանն ու սթրեսին:

Բայց պարզվում է ,որ 40 -ն անց կանանց մոտ դրա պատճառը հենց վիտամին b-ի պակասն է:Ուզում ենք ներկայացնել այն 14 ահազանգերը, որոնք այդ դեպքում օրգանիզմը ուղարկում է մեզ:

Գլխապտույտ ու կոորդինացիայի խախտում

Որպես կանոն,բոլոր այն կանայք,ովքեր բողոքում են գլխապտույտից ,ունեն վիտամին B12-ի պակաս:Իսկ արդյունքում առաջ է գալիս նաև կոորդինացիայի խախտում:

Վատառողջ մազեր և եղունգներ

Եթե մազերը դարձել են անփայլ,կոտրատվում են և թափվում,իսկ եղունգները բարակում ու կոտրվում են,ապա դա վիտամին B12 պակասի ևս մի ահազանգ է :

Մկանային թուլություն

Վիտամինի պակասը բերում է ոչ միայն հոգնածության,այլ ընդհանուր մկանային թուլության, քանի որ ցիանոկոբալամինը ազդում է նյարդային համակարգի վրա:

Շնչարգելություն

Այս վիտամինի պակասի հետևանքով արյան մեջ պակասում է հեմոգլոբինի քանակությունը,հետևաբար նաև թթվածնի քանակությունը,որը ստիպում է թոքերին ծանրաբեռնված աշխատել:Դա էլ բերում է շնչարգելության:

Վիտամին B12-ի խիստ պակասը բերում է նաև տեսողության վատացման:Վնասվում են տեսողական նյարդը և ցանցաթաղանթի անոթները,որի հետևանքով պատկերը դառնում է երկակի,ոչ պարզ,աչքերի առաջ մանր կետեր են առաջանում:Կարող է նույնիսկ ժամանակավոր կուրություն ի հայտ գալ:

Անընդհատ հոգնածություն

Հեմոգլոբինի պակասի հետևանքով նաև առաջանում է թթվածնի պակաս:Մարդն անընդհատ քնել է ուզում:

Գունատություն

Վիտամին B12-ի պակասի դեպքում մաշկը դառնում է գունատ,աչքերի տակ մաշկը մգանում է:Բիլիռուբինի ազատ արձակվելու հետևանքով մաշկը ստանում է տհաճ գույն:

Հնարավոր է նաև վերջույթներում թմրածության զգացողություն,ինչպես նաև ցնցումեր:

Այս վիտամինի պակասի հետևանք կարող է լինել հիշողության վատացումը, մոռացկոտությունը:

Լեզուն դառնում է արտահայտիչ վառ կարմիր և կարծես լաքապատ ու փայլփլուն լինի:

Վիտամին B -ի պակասը օրգանիզմում առաջացնում է դեպրեսիոն վիճակ,մարդը դառնում է լացկան, նյարդային,դյուրագրգիռ ու անհանգիստ:Քանի ,որ այն մասնակցում է երջանկության հորմոնների՝սերոտոնինի և դոֆամինի, արտադրման գործում:

Դրա պակասը կարող է նաև վատ անդրադառնալ մարդու հոտառության վրա:Անեմիայի հետևանքով շատ սիրելի հոտերը կարող են չզգալ,դրա փոխարեն հաճույքով վայելեն ներկի ու նավթի տհաճ հոտերը:

Արյունաստեղծ համակարգի վատ աշխատանքի արդյունքում առաջանում է հաճախասրտություն,իջնում է արյան ճնշումը և առաջ են գալիս մի շարք սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ:

Այս վիտամինի պակասից կարող է նաև բարձրանալ մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը մինչև 37,2-37,5 աստիճան:Նույնիսկ եթե օրգանիզմում կա բորբոքային պրոցես, վիտամին B12 -ի ավել քանակությունը հաստատ չի վնասի:
