«Դիպուկահարների ներգրավմամբ իրականացվել են սադրիչ գործողություններ». ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն՝ Արդբեջանի գործողությունների մասին
POLITICSՀուլիսի 27-ին եւ 28-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը ՀՀ պետական սահմանի հյուսիս-արեւելյան հատվածում դիպուկահարների ներգրավմամբ իրականացրել են սադրիչ գործողություններ, որոնց հետեւանքով սպանվել է ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի զինծառայող Արման Բուլղադարյանը եւ վիրավորվել է եւս երկու զինծառայող: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը:
Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է.
«Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի միտումնավոր եւ սադրիչ խախտումները հակասում են հրադադարի պահպանման եւ ամրապնդման վերաբերյալ ստանձնած պարտավորություններին, որոնք վերջին շրջանում արձանագրվել են նաեւ երկու երկրների ղեկավարների մակարդակով այս տարվա մարտի 29-ին տեղի ունեցած Վիեննայի գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում:
Դրանք անտեսում են նաեւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հունիսի 20-ին Վաշինգտոնում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման արդյունքում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ընդունած հայտարարությունը, որտեղ կողմերին կոչ էր արվում խստորեն պահպանել հրադադարը հարգելու հանձնառությունը եւ ձեռնպահ մնալ շփման գծում եւ պետական սահմանում դիպուկահարների օգտագործմամբ սադրիչ գործողություններից:
Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք մարդկային զոհերի հանգեցնող այս սադրանքները, որոնք ուղեկցվում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի պահպանմանը եւ ամրապնդմանն ուղղված վստահության եւ անվտանգության միջոցառումների իրականացման մերժմամբ: Այս գործողությունները ստեղծում են լարվածության աճի վտանգ, որի ողջ պատասխանատվությունն ընկնում է ադրբեջանական կողմի վրա»:
