Սպասում է Փաշինյանի «դաբրոյի՞ն»
POLITICSԱրցախում Սամվել Բաբայանի նախաձեռնած ստորագրահավաքն ավարտվել է, սակայն Բաբայանի թիմը դեռ չի շտապում դրանք ներկայացնել ԿԸՀ. առաջիկա օրերին կներկայացվի: Դիմումները հանձնելու՝ օրենքով նախատեսված ժամկետը դեռ չի ավարտվել, իսկ այդ ընթացքում նախաձեռնության անդամները սրբագրում են ստորագրությունների թերթիկները:
Սպասվում է, որ ԿԸՀ կհանձնվի մոտ 17-18 հազար ստորագրություն, որը իրավական և ընթացակարգային առումով պետք է ստուգվի նաև ԿԸՀ-ի կողմից: Հետագա անելիքների մասին Բաբայանի գրասենյակում լռում են՝ չթաքցնելով, որ շատ բան կախված է վարչապետ Փաշինյանի՝ Արցախ կատարելիք այցից, ի վերջո, Բաբայանը դեռ մի տարի առաջ հայտարարել էր, որ իր քաղաքական ակտիվությունն Արցախում կախված է Փաշինյանի որոշումից, և այսօր նա ակնկալում է Փաշինյանի վերջնական դիրքորոշումն իր քաղաքական հեռանկարի առումով:
Սակայն հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի նախագահ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը Ստեփանակերտում տեղի ունեցած ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել էր, որ Սամվել Բաբայանի նախաձեռնած ստորագրահավաքն իրավական տեսանկյունից խնդրահարույց դրույթ է ներկայացնում։
