SOCIETYԵրեւանում պայթեցված «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկ»-ի բանկոմատում առկա բոլոր միջոցները ապահովագրված էին: Այդ մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկ»-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Բացի այդ, բոլոր դրամատուփերը հագեցած էին ներկանյութ պարունակող համակարգերով, որոնք աշխատել են բանկոմատի պայթյունի ժամանակ: Այսպիսով, հանցագործների կողմից թղթադրամների օգտագործումն անհնար է։ Իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից կատարվում է հետաքննություն»,- հայտնեցին բանկից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ բանկոմատից շուրջ 18մլն. դրամ գողանալու դեպքի առթիվ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 28-ին՝ ժամը 04:00-ից մինչեւ 05:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ, այն է՝ պայթեցնելու եղանակով, բացել են «ՎՏԲ Հայաստան բանկ» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատկանող, Երեւան քաղաքում գտնվող բանկոմատներից մեկի դուռը եւ այնտեղից գաղտնի հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կանխիկ գումար:
Պատճառված վնասը, նախնական տվյալներով, կազմում է 17.974.000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերում առկա են քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական հիմք եւ առիթ՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
