Երկրին հարկավոր է առողջ ուժերի լայն համախմբում: Այս մասին «Գոլոս Արմենիի» հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը: Երկրորդ նախագահը փաստացի անում է թեժ աշնան անոնսը: Աշուն, որը բերելու է, ըստ Քոչարյանի, քաղաքական ընդդիմության միավորման, որը սակայն տեղի չի ունենա միանգամից, և դա հասկանալի է. միասնական կենտրոնի ձևավորումը դժվար գործընթաց է, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ օրակարգային: Քոչարյանը ակնարկում է, որ լինելու են պայքարի մի քանի օղակներ, ինքը լինելու է այդ օղակներից մեկը, սակայն ոչ միակը:
 
Սա ենթադրում է նոր քաղաքական ուժի, նոր քաղաքական դեմքերի երևան գալու սցենար, այնպիսի ուժի, որն ի վիճակի կլինի կոնսոլիդացնել ընդդիմադիր սեգմենտները, որոնք իհարկե կան, և նրանց ի հայտ գալը նոր Հայաստանում պայմանավորված է Փաշինյանի թիմի, ինչպես կասեր ինքը՝ Քոչարյանը, «քաղաքական իմպոտենտությամբ», ասել է թե՝ քաղաքական ուժերը: Մտահոգ հանրությունը հասկանում է, որ այն ուղին, որով Փաշինյանը պետությանը առաջ է տանում, ինքնին փակուղային է: Ինքը՝ Քոչարյանը, իր քաղաքական հայտը ևս բացատրում է իշխանությունների սայթաքումներով, նրանով, որ իշխանությունները ադեկվատ չեն գնահատում երկրի առջև ծառացած հիմնախնդիրները՝ փորձելով վերջիններիս քաղաքական կիքսերին հակադրել իր փորձառությունը: Երկրորդ նախագահի ողջ հարցազրույցում կարմիր թելի պես անցնում է հենց այդ գաղափարը, որ թե խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը, որն այսօր փաստացի կրավորական վարքագիծ է դրսևորում, թե սփյուռքը, թե հասարակությունը պետք է ուժերի ներածին չափով օժանդակեն նոր ձևավորվող քաղաքական ուժին/ուժերին, նոր քաղաքական դեմքերին, որոնց ի հայտ գալը բխում է ներկայումս տեղի ունեցող քաղաքական գործընթացների տրամաբանությունից:
 
 
Քոչարյանի մյուս կարևոր մեսիջը վերաբերում է Արցախին և Արցախում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից կեղծ օրակարգեր ձևավորելու ցանկությանը: Սա թերևս առաջին դեպքն է, երբ երկրորդ նախագահը Փաշինյանի թիմին «մեղադրում» է Արցախի սուբյեկտայնությունը կասկածի տակ դնելու և վտանգելու մեջ: Քոչարյանի ակնարկը հասկանալի է. փորձ է արվում հեղափոխությունը արտահանել Արցախ, ինչը կարող է ունենալ անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ: Եվ ձևավորվող նոր ընդդիմադիր դաշտի խնդիրներից մեկն էլ լինելու է նման սցենարի բացառումը…
