Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկա է գտնվել Գանձասարում Մատենադարանի բացմանը

ՀՀ նախագահ, Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանը ԼՂՀ աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում նոյեմբերի 21-ին Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ ներկա է գտնվել հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի բարձրագույն սպայական կազմի մասնակցությամբ անցկացված խորհրդակցությանը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկկողմ փոխգործակցությանն առնչող մի շարք հարցեր:
Հանրապետության նախագահը մասնակցել է նաեւ ԼՂՀ մայրաքաղաքում սպաների համար սպայական ավանում կառուցված 176 բնակարանանոց բնակելի շենքերի նորամուտի, ՊԲ շտաբի մարզադահլիճի, ինչպես նաեւ զորամասերից մեկի զինանձնակազմի համար կառուցված ճաշարանի բացման արարողություններին:
ԼՂՀ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ՀՀ նախագահի կողմից պարգեւատրվել են բարեխիղճ ծառայությամբ աչքի ընկած մի շարք զինծառայողներ:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը նույն օրը Գանձասարում ներկա է գտնվել Ստեփանակերտի «Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան մատենադարան - գանձասար» գիտամշակութային կենտրոնի՝ Մատենադարանի մասնաշենքի բացման արարողությանը:
Կենտրոնը կազմված է գիտական եւ թանգարանային մասերից, գիտաժողովների, մշակութային տարաբնույթ միջոցառումների անցկացման համար նախատեսված դահլիճից, գրադարանից ու ընթերցասրահից: Նորաբաց ցուցասրահներում ներկայացված են Արցախում վաղ միջնադարից մինչեւ նոր շրջանն ստեղծված 100-ից ավելի ձեռագրերի, Արցախի պատմությանն առնչվող հազվագյուտ վավերագրերի բնագրեր ու ընդօրինակություններ, ինչպես նաեւ հնատիպ գրքեր: Ցուցանմուշների ստեղծման աշխատանքները մեկնարկել են յոթ տարի առաջ եւ պատասխանատուների հավաստմամբ ունենալու են շարունակական բնույթ:
Բացման արարողության կապակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Մատենադարանի գիտաշխատողների «Արցախի մանրանկարչական արվեստը» եւ «Արցախի գրչության կենտրոնները» գրքերի շնորհանդեսը։ Գանձասարի գիտամշակութային կենտրոնի բացման առիթով նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը կենտրոնին նվիրաբերել է 12-13-րդ դարերի Գյուլիստանի Ավետարան:
Մատենադարանի շենքը հիմնանորոգվել է «Փյունիկ» մարդկային ռեսուրսների զարգացման համահայկական հիմնադրամի միջոցներով։ Մասնաճյուղը գործելու է Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան Մատենադարանի կառուցվածքում, եւ նրա լիարժեք գործունեությանն ուղղված աշխատանքներում կիրառվելու է Մատենադարանի գիտական ու գիտատեխնիկական ողջ ներուժը։
