Ռամկավար Ազատական կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ անդրադառնալով Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիային: Հայտարարության մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

 

«Հազարամյակներ շարունակ հայ ժողովրդի հենակետ-միջուկը եղել և մնում է ամուր ընտանեկան միությունը, որին վրա էլ խարսխված են նրա գոյության բնարմատներն ու ապագան: Մեզանում սրբացված են ավանդական ընտանեկան կապերը, զույգերի միջև փոխադարձ սերն ու հարգանքը: Մեր բալոր նվաճումների ու հաղթանակների աղբյուրն ազգային դիմագիծ ունեցող ընտանիքներն են ու նրանց զավակները: Անկախ բազմագույն գրանտակերների տարածած հերյուրանքներից, Հայկական ընտանիքն այսօր էլ լիովին համապատասխանում է ընտանեկան իրավունքի միջազգային նորմերով նախատեսված ամուսինների միջև եղած բոլոր նորմալ իրավահարաբերություններին:

 

Քաջ գիտակցելով ավանդապահ և ամուր ընտանիքի նշանակությունն ու անփոխարինելի դերակատարությունը հայ ժողովրդի համար և խորությամբ ըմբռնելով ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայում առկա վտանգավոր դրույթները (առավելապես երրորդ սեռի գաղափարի ներմուծումը 2001-2019թթ․, European Parliament resolution of 14 February 2019 on the future of the LGBTI List of Actions 2019-2024 ակտերով) և դրա հիման վրա`

 

1. զանազան ամուսնական սխեմաների ստեղծումը,

 

2. միասեռականությունը,

 

3. գենդերային փոքրամասնություններին պետության կողմից գերակա իրավունքներ նվիրաբերելը,

 

4. երրորդ սեռի գաղափարի քարոզչության թողտվությունը,

 

5. հասարակության մեծամասնության իրավունքների ստորադասումը գենդերային փոքրամասնությունների իրավունքներին,

 

6. մարդկանց բազմացումը <<կարգավորելը>> և այլն, գտնում ենք, որ այդպիսի միջպետական պայմանագրերն ունեն քաղաքական թելադրանքի բնույթ և ոտնահարում են գերակա ուժ ունեցող մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքին:

 

Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում  քաղաքական գնահատական տալ նախկին իշխանությունների նման գործելակերպին` այն է` առանց հասարակական քննարկումներ անցկացնելու նախաստորագրել նմանատիպ միջպետական նշանակության փաստաթուղթ և պահանջում է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովից չվավերացնե՛լ վերոնշյալ այդ ակտը և ընդհանրապես արգելե՛լ հակաբնական գենդերային (սեռական) որևէ քարոզչություն: Միաժամանակ ՌԱԿ-ը կոչ է անում հայ հասարակությանը միանալ ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիան մերժած մյուս երկրների ընդդիմադիր հասարակություններին, ինչպես նաև չվավերացնելուն ուղղված  իր և բոլոր մյուս կազմակերպությունների¸անհատների և Մայր աթոռի կոչ-հորդոր-պահանջին»:
