«Սորոսականները»՝ ՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտը բարեկարգո՞ղ
POLITICSՀՀ դատաիրավական ոլորտում շարունակում են անհասկանալի գործընթացներ տեղի ունենալ։ Օրեր առաջ շրջանառվում էր այն թեզը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարած վեթթինգի գործընթացը կիրականացվի ԲԴԽ կողմից, իսկ մինչ այդ խոսվում էր հատուկ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին։
Այս թեմայով «Փաստ» թերթին նոր տեղեկություններ են հայտնի դարձել։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, այդ գործընթացը, որն իրականում չի կոչվելու վեթթինգ (հատկապես Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հայտնի կարծիքից հետո), այլ դատավորների բարեվարքության ուսումնասիրություն, ինչպես նաև գործընթացի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն իրականացվելու են հիմնականում միջազգային տարբեր փորձագետների կողմից:
Տեղեկություն կա, որ հայ փորձագետների մասնակցությունը այս թեմայի մեջ նվազագույն է լինելու, եղածներն էլ՝ խիստ որոշակի շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչներ կլինեն։ Թերթն իր հրապարակումներից մեկում արդեն նշել էր, որ այս գործընթացում ուրույն մասնակցություն են ունենալու Լևոն ՏերՊետրոսյանի թիմի ներկայացուցիչները, սակայն կարծես «կենացները քաղցրանում» են։
Տեղեկությունների համաձայն, այս թեմայում խիստ ակտիվ են, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսական» թիմի փորձագետները. նրանք արդեն մի քանի հանդիպում են ունեցել ԲԴԽ կազմի հետ, ներկայացրել նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ու բուն գործընթացի հիմնական թիրախներն ու ռազմավարությունը։
