Առողջապահության ոլորտի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձը ե՞րբ է վերջին անգամ բարձրացել
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը շարունակում է անդրադառնալ տարբեր բնագավառների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերին: Խոսքը հատկապես ռիսկային ոլորտներին է վերաբերում, ուր աշխատավարձերը, մեղմ ասած, անբավարար են:
յս անգամ մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում են բժշկական հաստատությունների աշխատակիցները: Առողջապահության նախարարությանն ուղղված գրավոր հարցմամբ խնդրել էինք տեղեկացնել, թե 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ որքա՞ն է կազմում պոլիկլինիկաների և հիվանդանոցների բժիշկների, բուժքույրերի, մաքրություն իրականացնող անձանց նվազագույն և միջին աշխատավարձը:
Նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ բուժանձնակազմի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի ձևավորման ընդհանուր սկզբունքները և կողմնորոշիչ չափաքանակները սահմանվում են՝ համաձայն և՛ առողջապահության նախարարի 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 16-ի N 2108-Ա, և՛ առողջապահության նախարարի 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 4-ի N 259-Ա հրամանների։
«Ըստ կառավարության 2019 թվականի բյուջետային ուղերձի՝ բժիշկի հաշվարկային միջին ամսական աշխատավարձը կազմում է 240 հազար դրամ, բուժքույրինը՝ 120 հազար դրամ, իսկ կրտսեր բուժանձնակազմինը՝ 100 հազար դրամ»,-փոխանցում են նախարարությունից:
Հարցրել էինք՝ վերջին անգամ ե՞րբ է բարձրացել նրանց աշխատավարձը և որքա՞ն։ «Արտահիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը բարձրացել են 2019 թվականի փետրվարին՝ համաձայն առողջապահության նախարարի 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 4-ի N 259-Ա հրամանի, իսկ հիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման շրջանակներում բուժանձնակազմի վարձատրության բարձրացման հիմք է հանդիսանում առողջապահության նախարարի 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ի 1842-Ա հրամանով սահմանված բժշկական ծառայությունների գների և նորմատիվների բարձրացումը։
Վերջինս ուղղակիորեն կանդրադառնա աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման վրա, քանի որ աշխատավարձը հաշվարկվում է բժշկական ծառայության գնի նկատմամբ կիրառված տոկոսով»,-ի պատասխան մեր հարցի՝ հայտնում են առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
