Վնասվածք
Թաց մազերն ավելի թույլ են, այդ պատճառով էլ քնի ժամանակ դրանք ավելի են վնասվում։ Ոմանք կարծում են, թե ֆենով չորացնելն ավելի վնասակար է, բայց դա այդպես չէ։

Քնի ժամանակ մենք չենք վերահսկում, թե ինչպես են մազերը չորանում, այդ պատճառով էլ դրանք ավելի խճճված են չորանում և հետո հարդարելը շատ ավելի դժվար է լինում։

Շատ միկրոօրգանիզմներ բազմանում են թաց կամ տաք միջավայրներում, այդ պատճառով էլ մի զարմացեք, եթե բարձի վրա բորբոս և մանրէներ հայտնվեն, որոնք ազդում են առողջության և ինքնազգացողության վրա։

Խոնավ միջավայրը կարող է սունկ առաջացնել այն դեպքում, երբ գլխամաշկը պաշտպանող յուղի քանակությունը նվազում է։ Այս դեպքում մեծ է թեփի առաջացման հավանականությունը։
