Գործադիրը պարզաբանում է հունական ավիափոխադրողի կողմից Հուրգադա-Երևան չվերթների իրականացման պատճառը
SOCIETYՀուրգադայում մնացած ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին հուլիսի 26-ին և 29-ին Երևան տեղափոխելու համար կառավարությունն օգտվել է հունական SpotAirավիաընկերության ծառայություններից՝ երկու թռիչքի համար վճարելով 47 121 դոլար:
ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Վահան Հունանյանը նշեց, որ ոչ հայկական ավիափոխադրողի ծառայություններից օգտվելը պայմանավորված էր իրավիճակին արագ արձագանքմամբ:
«2019 թ. հուլիսի 25-ի Հուրգադա–Երևան չարտերային, նախապես պլանավորված չվերթի չեղարկման հետևանքով հանգստից վերադառնալ ցանկացող հարյուրավոր ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ, այդ թվում 10-ը՝ մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխաներ, հայտնվել էին չնախատեսված արտակարգ իրավիճակում: Այս իրադրությունում առաջնային էր ժամ առաջ կազմակերպել Հուրգադայում մնացած ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անվտանգ վերադարձը՝ այդ պահին տեղում հասանելի բոլոր միջոցների գործադրմամբ: Ուստի, կոլեգիալ որոշում է կայացվել նախապատվությունը տալ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների՝ ժամ առաջ հայրենիք վերադարձնելուն ու թռիչքը կազմակերպել այն ավիափոխադրողի միջոցով, որն այդ պահին ուներ անհրաժեշտ բոլոր փաստաթղթերը և կարող էր անհապաղ իրականացնել չվերթը:
Օրեր անց՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին հնարավոր եղավ արդեն չվերթն իրականացնել «Տարոն-Ավիա» ընկերության միջոցով: Միաժամանակ հավելենք, որ առաջին երկու չվերթներով Հայաստան է վերադարձել 315, իսկ երրորդ չվերթով՝ 100 ՀՀ քաղաքացի:
ՀՀ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն գործում է ՀՀ սահմանադրությամբ, օրենքներով և իրավական այլ ակտերով սահմանված կարգով և իր կանոնադրության դրույթներով, այն կոմերցիոն գործունեությանը միջամտելու որևէ գործառույթ չունի: Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում բոլոր նրանց, ում աջակցության և միասնական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր դարձավ 415 ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ժամանակին և ապահով վերադարձը Հայաստան»,- նշեց Հունանյանը:
