ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները սպառնալիքով Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացուց խոշոր գումար են շորթել։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ լրատվական ծառայությունը։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, անզիջում պայքար մղելով կոռուպցիոն բնույթի երևույթների դեմ և հետամուտ լինելով ՀՀ հանցավորության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման՝ օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների իրականացմանը, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում իր շարքերում բացահայտել է պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու և նախնական համաձայնությամբ շորթմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու դեպք:

Այնուհետև, իրենց ծանոթի օժանդակությամբ, այդ թվում նաև՝ տուժողի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, լրացուցիչ պահանջել են ևս 3.700 ԱՄՆ դոլար։

Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ համապատասխան հոդվածներով: Երկու պաշտոնատար անձինք  և նրանց հանցակիցը ձերբակալվել են:

Հարուցված քրեական գործն ըստ քննչական ենթակայության փոխանցվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն»,– ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
