SOCIETYՀայաստանի ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի ֆինանսավորումը կմեծանա 114%-ով: Այս մասին այսօր «Սեւան Ստարտափ Սամմիթ 2019»-ի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Հակոբ Արշակյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ նախատեսված է ռազմական տեխնիկայի արդիականացում, նոր մոդելների մշակում, արդյունաբերական հնարավորությունների զարգացում:
«Ամենակարեւոր արժեքը մարդու մտավոր ունակություններն են: Դրանց շնորհիվ՝ Հայաստանում գործում են մի շարք լուրջ արտասահմանյան ընկերություններում: Կարեւոր է հասկանալ, որ տաղանդավոր մարդու համար ամենակարեւորը հնարավորություններն են: Մինչ 1990թ. Հայաստանում բնակչության աճ էր նկատվում, ինչը կապված էր ինդուստրիալ զարգացման հետ: Դա հանգեցրեց բնակչության տաղանդավոր մասի ներհոսքին: Եթե այդ տեմպերը պահպանվեին, ապա այսօր Հայաստանում կապրեր 5,5 մլն մարդ»,- նշել է նախարարը:
Արշակյանը նկատել է, որ տեխնոլոգիաները վերջին 25 տարում զարգացել են 1000 անգամ ավելի արագ, քան ողջ 20-րդ դարում, իսկ հայկական SoloLearn, PicsArt, Teamable եւ այլ ստարտափները հաջողություն են գրանցում եւ զբաղեցնում առաջատարի դիրք իրենց գործունեության ոլորտներում:
«Նորարարությունների ոլորտում նախատեսված են IT ոլորտում ավելի քան 3000 մասնագետների նախապատրաստում, այդ թվում՝ մասնավոր ընկերությունների ֆինանսավորման ճանապարհով, 5-10 հազար դոլարի չափով համալսարաններում 50 գրանտային ծրագրերի իրականացում, 30-50 հազար դոլարի չափով 20 գրանատային ծրագրերի իրականացում, ինչպես նաեւ սփյուռքի հնարավորությունների օգտագործում: Բացի այդ, նախատեսվում է ստեղծել հիմնադրամ 100 մլն դոլարի չափով, ինչպես նաեւ ծրագիր տեխնոքաղաքի կառուցման հարցով 21 մլն դոլարի չափով ծրագիր իրականացնել, որը կստեղծի 1500 աշխատատեղեր, կուսանի 3000 մասնագետի: Բացի այդ, ծրագրվում է ինֆորմացիոն հարթակ ստեղծել, որը կամուրջ կդառնա դեպի միջազգային շուկա եւ կխթանի միջազգային ցուցադրությունների կազմակերպմանը»,- եզրափակել է նա:
