ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 3-ին, տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունից։

 

Մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անդամները, կենտրոնական ապարատի և մարզային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ:

 

Վերլուծելով հանրապետության օպերատիվ իրավիճակը՝ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը անդրադարձել է մարդու կյանքի, առողջության, ինչպես և սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների բացահայտման միջոցառումներին:

 

Մարզային վարչությունների և Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ղեկավարներին ցուցում է տրվել, հատակապես հանգստի գոտիներում, ժամանցի վայրերում, այդ թվում և մայրաքաղաքից մարզեր տանող ավտոճանապարհներին ուժեղացնել ծառայությունը:

 

Ոստիկանության պետը ընդգծել է, որ իրավախախտների նկատմամբ անհրաժեշտ է լինել խիստ և սկզբունքային:

 

Անդրադառնալով ծառայության արդյունավետության բարձրացման խնդրին` ոստիկանության պետը նշել է, որ դրա հիմքում պետք է դրվեմ աշխատանքային ու կատարողական կարգապահության հետևողական բարելավումը, խստապահանջ մոտեցումը կադրերի ընտրությանն ու գործառնությանը:

 

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը բացահայտումների արդյունավետության բարձրացման համատեքստում խոսել է նախկինում կատարված հանցագործությունների բացահայտմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների ակտիվացման կարևորության, նաև կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների մասին:
