1. Դավաճանությունը պատկերացնել մտովի
Վիզուալիզացնել ամուսնուն սիրուհու հետ ամենաանիմաստ և սադոմազոխիստական գաղափարն է, որից պետք է հրաժարվել։ Երևակայությունը կարող է երբեմն շատ ավելի չափազանցնել տեղի ունեցածը։
2. Կորցնել ինքնագնահատականը
Սխալ հետևություններ անել և խորքային խնդիրները ձեր մեջ փնտրելը նույնպես սխալ է։ Իմացեք, որ դուք գեղեցիկ եք և հմայիչ, իսկ ամուսնու դավաճանությունը լրիվ այլ արմատներ կարող է ունենալ։
3. Ներքաշել երեխաներին
Որքան էլ որ բարկացած լինեք, կռիվ մի արեք երեխաների ներկայությամբ։ Դա կարող է մանկական նևրոզների պատճառ հանդիսանալ։
4. Թույլ տալ ինչ որ մեկին կործանիչ խորհուրդներ տալ
Դավաճանության զոհը հեշտությամբ կարող է մանիպուլյացիաների ենթարկվել կողքից։ Ձեզ կարող են այնպիսի խորհուրդներ տալ, որոնք ձեզ միայն ավելի կվնասեն։
5. Անտեսել տեղի ունեցածը
