BLOG«Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից պահանջում է անհապաղ հրապարակել իր կողմից մատնանշված գաղտնի փաստաթուղթը: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Ղազինյանը:
«Հայաստանի ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգի կաթվածահար վիճակի մասին ՀՀ վարչապետի երեկվա հայտարարությունը լուրջ քննարկումների առիթ դարձավ Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքականության մեջ։
Նա իր ուղերձում հղում արեց 2014թ. ինչ որ գաղտնի զեկույցի վրա, որ պատրաստվել էր ՀՀ նախկին իշխանությունների պատվերով։
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հանդիսանում է պետականակենտրոն քաղաքական ուժ, որի համար պետական կառավարման ինստիտուցիոնալիզմը, պետական և ազգային ինստիտուտների արդյունավետությունը, վստահելիությունն ու կանխատեսելիությունն ունի կենտրոնական նշանակություն և կարևորություն, հայտնում ենք մեր խորը մտահոգությունը այս հայտարարության առընչությամբ։
Ուստի, լիազորված եմ «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի կողմից պահանջել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից անհապաղ հրապարակել իր կողմից մատնանշված փաստաթուղթը՝ այն հանգամանալից հետազոտելու, անհրաժեշտ հետևություններ անելու և ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու ուղղությամբ միջոցառումների ծրագիր մշակելու համար։
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ կեղծ և շեղող օրակարգերի հաստատումը եղել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական ոճն ու ձեռագիրը, հայտարարում եմ, որ գոյություն չունի որևէ խոչընդոտ այն հրապարակելու համար, և որևէ հիմնավորմամբ այն չհրապարակելու դեպքում հետևությունը կլինի միայն մեկը. այդպիսի փաստաթուղթ ուղղակի գոյություն չունի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ուղղակի հավատարիմ է մնում իր ոճին և ձեռագրին։
Եթե այն իրականում գոյություն ունի և իր բովանդակությամբ հանդիսանում է արժեքավոր փաստաթուղթ, հայտնում ենք մեր պատրաստակամությունը աջակցել և օժանդակել ՀՀ կառավարությանը երկրում առկա ինստիտուցիոնալ ճգնաժամը արագ հաղթահարելու համար»,- գրել է նա։
