Բժշկական հաստատություններում կլինեն նախարարության ներկայացուցիչներ
SOCIETYՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի հանձնարարությամբ հանրապետության տարբեր բժշկական կենտրոններում կլինեն նախարարության աշխատակիցներ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Ալինա Նիկողոսյանը, սա դեռ փորձնական ծրագիր է: Առայժմ նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը կլինի «Արմենիա» ԲԿ-ում:
«Կարիքի դեպքում քաղաքացիները կկարողանան իրենց հարցերը տեղում բարձրաձայնել՝ մոտենալով նախարարության ներկայացուցչին: Երբ մեր քաղաքացիները հիվանդանոցներում խնդիրներ են ունենում, առաջինը, որ անում են, նախարարության «թեժ գիծ» են զանգահարում: Այս պարագայում ավելի հեշտ կլինի պրոցեսը: Տեղում կունենանք մեր ներկայացուցիչը, ում հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ էլ մեր քաղաքացիները կկարողանան ներկայացնել իրենց խնդիրները»,- ասաց Ալինա Նիկողոսյանը:
Այս նախաձեռնության նպատակը չի սահմանափակվում տեղերում քաղաքացիներին օգնելով, Ալինա Նիկողոսյանը նշեց, որ այն կօգնի վերհանել այս կամ այն առողջապահական ծրագրի իրականացման խնդիրները:
«Մենք տեղում կկարողանանք հասկանալ, թե որ ծրագրից ինչ խնդիրներ են առաջանում ու արդյոք հիվանդանոցը բարձր մակարդակով մատուցում է այդ ծառայությունը, թե ոչ»,- ասաց նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակը:
Առայժմ նախարարությունը դիտարկում է Երևանի բժշկական հաստատությունները, սակայն օրակարգում նաև մարզերի հիվանդանոցներն են:
