Հայաստանն ափսոսանք է հայտնում, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն անկարող են ընկալել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթի համատեքստը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ
POLITICSՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել․
«Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության 2019թ․ օգոստոսի 6-ի հայտարարությունն ակնհայտ ցուցադրում է քաղաքավարության և պարկեշտության հիմնական կանոններին հավատարիմ մնալու, պետությունների միջև քաղաքակիրթ վարվելակերպի նորմերը, հատկապես երբ դրանք վերաբերում են հակամարտությունների լուծման խիստ բարդ և զգայուն գործընթացում ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ներգրավված կողմերին, պահպանելու Ադրբեջանի անկարողությունը։ Հայտարարության մեջ առկա անձնական բնույթի հարձակումները դատապարտելի են և վկայում են Ադրբեջանում հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ առկա անհանդուրժողականության և ատելության մշակույթի մասին, որն ուղղորդվում և խրախուսվում է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները, որոնք հետևողականորեն մերժում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի և վերջիններիս կողմից ընտրված իշխանությունների հետ որևէ ուղղակի ներգրավվածության հնարավորությունը, որոնք էթնիկ զտումներ և այլ զանգվածային վայրագություններ են իրականացրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում 1990-ականներին և 2016թ․ ապրիլին, ովքեր հետևողականորեն որդեգրել են ատելության քաղաքականություն, այդ թվում հայերին սպանած մարդասպանների հրապարակային հերոսացման միջոցով, անմիջական պատասխանատվություն են կրում Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության և գոյության համար վտանգներ ստեղծելու համար։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը մնում է Արցախի ժողովրդի միակ երաշխավորը՝ նրա անվտանգության, ազատության, մարդու անօտարելի իրավունքների՝ ներառյալ զարգացման և ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ապահովման գործում։ Հայաստանն ափսոսանք է հայտնում, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն անկարող են ընկալել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ 2019թ. օգոստոսի 5-ին ունեցած ելույթի համատեքստը և բովանդակությունը, որն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի միասնականության, համերաշխության, զարգացման և բարգավաճման համահայկական օրակարգի առաջմղմանը։
Ավելին, ՀՀ վարչապետը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման որևէ կենսունակ տարբերակ պետք է ընդունելի լինի Արցախի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ժողովուրդների համար: Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները, սակայն, հետևողականորեն չեն կարողացել փոխադարձել իրենց պատրաստակամությունը և կարողությունը՝ հասնելու բոլոր կողմերի համար ընդունելի կարգավորման: Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ իր առավելապաշտական պահանջներին, որոնք ուղեկցվում են ուժի կամ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքով, շարունակաբար խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը, անտեսում է խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտի ամրապնդման վերաբերյալ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կոչերը և մերժում բոլոր կողմերի համար ընդունելի ցանկացած լուծում: Նման մոտեցումները հետևողականորեն արտացոլվում են Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հայտարարություններում:
Խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը մնում է անփոփոխ, ինչը հստակորեն արտացոլված է ՀՀ վարչապետի վերոնշյալ ելույթում: Հայաստանը հաստատակամ է հասնելու հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը՝ մերժելով ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի ցանկացած կիրառում, ինչպես հաստատակամ է պաշտպանելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը»:
