Վերջին 15 ամսում ՀՀ արտաքին պետական պարտքը կրճատվել է շուրջ118.6 մլն դոլարով. ՏԶՆԿ
ECONOMICSՏնտեսական զարգացման նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ արտաքին պետական պարտքի դինամիկային 2018թ.-ի ապրիլ-2019թ.-ի հունիս ամիսների ընթացքում:
Վերջին 15 ամսվա ընթացքում ՀՀ արտաքին պետական պարտքը կրճատվել է շուրջ 120 (118.6) մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարով կամ 2.1%-ով: Դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի արտաքին պարտքը կրճատվել է 85.4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարով, իսկ ՀՀ կառավարության արտաքին պարտքը՝ 32.9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարով: 15 ամիսների ընթացքում արտաքին աղբյուրներից պետական բյուջեի պակասուրդի ֆինանսավորման նպատակով ներգրավվել է 77.9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ վարկերի և փոխառությունների մարումը կազմել է 78.8 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Ստացվում է, որ վարկերի և փոխառությունների գծով զուտ մուտքը կազմել է շուրջ -300,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Եթե դիտարկենք ՀՀ արտաքին պետական պարտքի արժութային կառուցվածքը, ապա վերջին 15 ամսվա ընթացքում, ինչպես ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի, այնպես էլ ՀՀ կառավարության արտաքին պարտքի կառուցվածքում որոշակիորեն ավելացել է ԱՄՆ դոլարով պարտքի մասնաբաժինը, մինչդեռ ազատ փոխարկելի տարադրամով (SDR) պարտքի տեսակարար կշիռը կրճատվել է: Միևնույն ժամանակ, վերջին 15 ամսվա ընթացքում ազատ փոխարկելի տարադրամը (SDR) ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ արժեզրկվել է 4.6%-ով, իսկ եվրոյի դեպքում արժեզրկումը կազմել է 8.3%:
Այսպիսով՝ դիտարկվող ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ արտաքին պետական պարտքի կրճատումը շուրջ 120 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարով պայմանավորված է եղել ԱՄՆ դոլարի նկատմամբ
ազատ փոխարկելի տարադրամի արժեզրկմամբ և ԿԲ-ի կողմից արտաքին պարտքի մարմամբ:
