Ադրբեջանի նախկին գլխավոր զինվորական կոմիսարը բնակարանների վերավաճառքի հետ կապված սկանդալի ֆիգուրանտ է դարձել

Ադրբեջանի նախկին գլխավոր զինվորական կոմիսար Ալիաղա Հուսեյնովի ընտանիքը հայտնվել է բնակարանների վերավաճառքի հետ կապված սկանդալի կենտրոնում:
Haqqin.az-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Ideal V ընկերությունը կարողացել է մի ամբողջ բարձրահարկ շենքի կրկնակի վաճառք իրականացնել: Արդյունքում տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ, որոնք վճարել են բնակարանների համար, հայտնվել են դատարաններում՝ փորձելով ապացուցել իրենց իրավունքը:
Միլիոնավոր «հավելյալ» մանաթներ բերող այդ արդյունավետ գաղափարի նախաձեռնողներն ու իրականացնողները Ideal V ընկերության հիմնադիր Իսա Մամեդովն ու տնօրեն Չինգիզ Մամեդովն են: Քննությունը պարզել է, որ խարդախության ճանապարհով հիմնադիրն ու տնօրենը՝ գումար հավաքելով մի քանի քաղաքացիներից, մոտ 3,2 մլն մանաթ են յուրացրել: Դատարանի որոշմամբ Իսա Մամեդովը դատապարտվել է 11, Չինգիզ Մամեդովը՝ 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Խարդախ սխեմայի բացահայտումն ու կոնֆլիկտը շարունակվել են մի քանի տարի, ապա երկու կին է հայտնվել, որոնք պնդել են, որ այդ շենքի 12 բնակարանների սեփականատերերն են: Պարզվել է, որ նոր շենքի բնակարանները ստանալուն հավակնում են նախկին գլխավոր զինվորական կոմիսար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ, խորհրդարանի նախկին պատգամավոր Ալիաղա Հուսեյնովի կինն ու դուստրը՝ Էսմիրա եւ Էլմիրա Հուսեյնովները: Գեներալ-լեյտենանտի բարեկամները դիմել են դատարան՝ պահանջելով ճանաչել շենքի 12 բնակարանների նրանց իրավունքը՝ չնայած նրան, որ Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանի որոշմամբ այդ բնակարաններում արդեն այլ մարդիկ են բնակվում:
Քննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Հուսեյնովներն իսկապես գումար չեն ծախսել բնակարանների համար: Հաղորդվում է նաեւ, որ Իսա Մամեդովի ձերբակալված հանցակիցը՝ Ռաուֆ Քերիմովը, գեներալ Ալիաղա Հուսեյնովի փեսայի բարեկամն է:
«Հենց գեներալն է այդ խարդախությունը կազմակերպել, իսկ ընկերության ղեկավարությունն այն կյանքի է կոչել: Արդյունքում մենք երկար տարիներ տանջվել ենք՝ արդար վճարելով այդ բնակարանների գումարը, ապա մեր իրավունքն ապացուցել, դրան գումարած մեր հաշվին ավարտին հասցրել կառուցումը»,- զայրացած ասել են իրենց օրինական քառակուսի մետրերը վերջապես ստացած քաղաքացիները:
