«Վեոլիա Ջուրը» դատի է տվել ֆիննախի ԿՌՈՒ-ին
SOCIETYՖինանսների նախարարության Ֆինանսաբյուջետային վերահսկողության տեսչությունը կամ, ինչպես ընդունված է ասել, ֆիննախի ԿՌՈՒ-ն հայտնվել է բավական անհարմար իրավիճակում։ Այս կառույցի կողմից տուգանված գրեթե բոլոր ընկերությունները դիմում են դատարան և վիճարկում կայացված ակտը։ Վերջերս «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղիներ» ՓԲԸ-ն էր դատարանում վիճարկել ֆիննախի ԿՌՈՒ-ի կողմից 57 միլիոն դրամի տուգանքը, դրանից հետո էլ Ֆիննախի ԿՌՈՒ-ի դեմ հայց է ներկայացրել «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը՝ կրկին կայացված ակտը առոչինչ ճանաչելու և ակտի կազմման ուղղությամբ կատարված գործողությունները առոչինչ ճանաչելու պահանջով։
Այս գործով քննությունը դեռ պրոցեսի մեջ է։ Ինչ վերաբերում է երկաթուղու բողոքին, ապա դատարանը այն հետ էր վերադարձրել՝ որոշման մեջ արձանագրելով, որ Ֆինանսաբյուջետային վերահսկողության տեսչության՝ ԿՌՈՒ-ի այդ հայտնի ստուգման ակտը վարչական ակտ չի հանդիսանում և, հետևաբար, ենթակա չէ նաև դատարանում քննության։ Փաստացի, դատարանը ֆինանսների նախարարության ակտը համարել է ոչ վարչական ակտ։
Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է նաև այն, որ Ֆիննախի ԿՌՈՒ-ն արդեն 8 ամիս է՝ պետ չունի։ ԿՌՈՒ-ի նախկին պետ Արման Զարգարյանի՝ ՊԵԿ տեղափոխվելուց հետո և առ այսօր այս կառույցը ղեկավար չունի։
