Պպզած Հայաստանն ացյալում է, սա նոր Հայաստանն է: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Գյումրիի ռոք դպրոցում, ռոք խմբի երաժիշտների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

«Մի քանի մեկնաբանություններ ընկավ աչքովս, ասում են դե որ ինքնաթիռի տոմսը էժան լինի, դե որ ճանապարհները սարքած լինեն, դե որ սենց լինի, դե որ նենց լինի, բայց էս շեշտադրման մեջ ինձ անհանգստացնում է, որ  անընդհատ ապառնիի մասին  է: Բայց ես ուզոեւմ եմ, մեր մտածողությունը մի քիչ փոխվի էն տրամաբանությամբ, որ էն ինչ լինի, երանի լինի, էդ լավա, բայց էս պահին մենք ինչ կարող անենք, որ դա վաղը լինի, ամենակարեւոր հարցնա, ու սա մենակ Կառավարության խնդիր չի, սա մենակ վարչապետի խնդիրն չի: Ես համարում եմ, որ  այս տղաները շատ կարեւոր գործ են անում Գյումրիում, որովհետեւ Գյումրիում ռոք ունենալը դա շատ մեծ բան, որովհետեւ ռոքը ազատության թռիչքն է, իսկ ազատությունն այն  ամենակարեւոր բանն է, որ մենք ունենք: Կներեք, որ ձեր վրա շատ կենտրոնանում եմ, բայց ես շատ կարեւոր եմ համարում, որ Գյումրիում երկարածամ տղաներ էլ լինեն, կարճ էլ, մորուքով էլ, առանց մորուքի էլ, էս ամեն ինչը շատ կարեւոր ա, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք էդ պպզած վիճակներից դուրս գալ, պպզած Հայաստանն ացյալում է, սա նոր Հայաստանն է այո, երբ որ շոգ ա, կարելի է շորտ հագնել, եթե մեկը ուզում է երկար մազեր ունենալ, կարող է երկար մազեր ունենա, մյուսը` մորուք, իսկ ովքեր չեն ուզում կարող են այդպես վարվել»,-ասաց նա: 

Հանդիպման ավարտին Փաշինյանը լուսանկարվեց ռոք խմբի երաժիշտների հետ:
