Օգոստոսի 11-ին, ժամը 21:00-ին ԱԻ նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը հրավիրել է օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խմբի արտահերթ նիստ:

Արտահերթ նիստի առիթ է հանդիսացել Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրու տարածաշրջանում՝ Լեհվազ-Վարդանիձոր ավտոճանապարհին հարակից անտառում բռնկված խոշոր հրդեհը:

Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ այրվում է բուսածածկ տարածք, եղևնու և գիհու անտառ, որը գտնվում է խիստ կտրտված և անմատչելի տեղանքում:

Այս պահին հրդեհն ընդգրկում է ընդհանուր երկու կիլոմետր ճակատային լայնություն և մեկուկես կիլոմետր երկարություն, առկա է նաև տարածման վտանգ:

Կրակի տարածման դեմ պայքարում են հրշեջ-փրկարարները, որոնց միացել են նաև Արևիկ ազգային պարկի աշխատակիցները:

Օպերատիվ շտաբի ղեկավար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը աշխատանքային խմբի անդամների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց երկու հանգամանքի վրա. նախապատրաստական աշխատանք, ուժերի համախմբում, ապա հրդեհաշիջման իրականացում: Պետք է գործի դրվի մարդկային ներուժը, դեպքի վայրում կենտրոնացվի անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկա և գործիքներ:

Օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խումբը՝ իրավիճակի վերլուծության և մասնագիտական քննարկման արդյունքում, պլանավորեց ըստ գերատեսչությունների կատարվելիք աշխատանքները: Քննարկման ընթացքում հատկապես ընդգծվեց ծանր տեխնիկայի աշխատանքի անհրաժեշտությունը, որի միջոցով պետք է սահմանազատել հրդեհի օջախները և կանխել դրանց տարածումը: Պետք է ունենալ ջրի բավարար պաշար՝ տեղանքի դժվարամատչելիության պատճառով, հրշեջ-փրկարարական մեքենաների օգտագործման անհնարինության դեպքում, ջրի սրսկիչներով հրդեհաշիջում իրականացնելու համար: Հրդեհի տարածման ուղղությունները և մասշտաբները հսկողության տակ պահելու համար կիրականացվի օդային հետախուզում:

Օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը խմբի անդամներին հանձնարարեց օպերատիվ կապ պահել տեղում աշխատանքները համակարգող, օպերատիվ շտաբի քարտուղար, փ/ծ գնդապետ Հովհաննես Եմիշյանի հետ: Հրդեհի տարածքում բջջային և ինտերնետային կապի հաճախակի խափանումներով պայմանավորված, մշտական կապ ունենալու համար, նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի հանձնարարությամբ ԱԻՆ կապի մեքենան ուղարկվել է հրդեհի գոտի:

ԱԻ նախարարի հրամանով Փրկարար ծառայության ստորաբաժանումները բերված են բարձր պատրաստականության վիճակի:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը հայտնեց, որ քննարկման արդյունքները զեկուցելու է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 16-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է օպերատիվ աշխատանքային խումբ՝ աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման, հնարավոր արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման, ինչպես նաև դրանց հետևանքների վերացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացման նպատակով, որը գլխավորում է Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը:

Աշխատանքային խմբի կազմում ընդգրկված են պաշտպանության, առողջապահության, շրջակա միջավայրի, տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարների տեղակալները, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի և ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալները, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի և անտառային կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալները, ըստ անհրաժեշտության մարզպետների տեղակալները, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալը, ինչպես նաև «Հայանտառ» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տնօրենը:
