Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի հրավերով 2018թ. օգոստոսի 12-13-ը իրականացվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշեւի այցը Հայաստան: Այցի շրջանակներում օգոստոսի 12-ին կայացել է Արմեն Գրիգորյանի եւ Նիկոլայ Պատրուշեւի հանդիպումը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Անվտանգության խորհրդի գրասենյակից։

Տեղի է ունեցել մտքերի փոխանակում հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների զարգացման, ՀԱԿՊ շրջանակներում համագործակցության ընդլայնման եւ նոր հնարավորությունների օգտագործման հարցերի շուրջ: Քննարկվել է նաեւ երրորդ երկրներին զենքի վաճառքի կանոնակարգման հարցը:

Այցի ընթացքում Նիկոլայ Պատրուշեւին ընդունեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ինչից հետո Ա. Գրիգորյանը եւ Ն. Պատրուշեւը ծաղիկներ են խոնարհել Անհայտ զինվորի գերեզմանին:

Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների հանդիպումից առաջ տեղի են ունեցել նաեւ ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի գրասենյակի եւ ՌԴ անվտանգության խորհրդի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչների ամենամյա խորհրդակցությունները:
