Ամուլսարի տարածքի մոտ գտնվող Արփա, Դարբ և Որոտան գետերի վրա ազդեցությունն անորոշ է. փորձաքննության արդյունքները
SOCIETYԱմուլսարի հանքի շահագործման նպատակով նշանակված փորձաքննության եզրակացության արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ ծրագրի տարածքի և Ջերմուկի տերմալ տաք աղբյուրների միջև ստորգետնյա ջրերի հոսքի և աղտոտման փոխանցման ուղիներ առկա չեն:
Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 14–ին Քննչական կոմիտեում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց Ամուլսարի հանքավայրի շահագործման հետ կապված՝ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից դիտավորությամբ թաքցնելու գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Յուրա Իվանյանը։
Մասնավորապես նշված է, որ երկրաշարժի դեպքում առաջացող պայմաններում, դատարկ ապարների լցակույտի վնասման պատճառով թթվային դրենաժի ազդեցությունը կրող ստորգետնյա ջրերը ծրագրի տարածքից կարող են չլցվել Սպանդարյան-Կեչուտ թունելի հյուսիսային ծայրամաս, արդյունքում այն չի առաջացնի Սևանա լճի նշանակալի կամ չափելի փոփոխություներ՝ երկու ջրամբարներում նոսրանալու և Սևանա լճի չափսերի պատճառով։
Ըստ փորձաքննության՝ Ամուլսարի տարածքի մոտ գտնվող Արփա, Դարբ և Որոտան գետերի վրա ազդեցությունն անորոշ է, քանի որ քանակական առումով այդ ազդեցությունները չափելի չեն։
Փորձագիտական խումբը «Լիդիան Արմենիայի» կողմից ներկայացված մեղման միջոցները գնահատել է ողջամիտ, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ առաջարկել է լրացուցիչ միջոցառումներ, որոնք կմեղմեն հանքավայրի շահագործման հնարավոր ազդեցությունը շրջակա միջավայրի վրա և վերահսկելի դարձնել հնարավոր հետևանքները:
Յուրա Իվանյանը նշեց, որ «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ընկերությունը պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնել, որ հանքի տարածքից որևէ աղտոտված ջուր դուրս չի գալու։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018թ. հուլիսի 20–ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտման մասին տեղեկությունները դիտավորությամբ թաքցնելու առերեւույթ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 282-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։
Դեռևս նախորդ տարի Ամուլսարի ոսկեբեր քվարցիտային հանքի շահագործման նպատակով նշանակվել էր էկոլոգիական, երկրաբանական, հիդրոլոգիական, երկրաֆիզիկական, քիմիական, շինարարատեխնիկական համալիր փորձաքննություն, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է Advanced Resources Development (ELARD) ընկերության փորձագետների խմբին:
