Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ուրուգվայի Արևելյան Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ռոդոլֆո Նին Նովոային, ով պաշտոնական այցով գտնվում է Հայաստանում: Այս մասին NEWS.am–ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ կառավարության լրատվական ծառայությունից։

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ուրուգվայի միջև առկա են ջերմ, բարեկամական հարաբերություններ, ինչն արտացոլվում է ոչ միայն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնական շփումներում, այլև թե՛ հայ, թե՛ ուրուգվայցի ժողովուրդների շրջանում միմյանց և երկու երկրների հանդեպ առկա ջերմ վերաբերմունքով: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ Ուրուգվայի ԱԳ նախարարի այցը Հայաստան կխթանի երկկողմ կապերի զարգացումը, և Երևանում Ուրուգվայի գլխավոր հյուպատոսության հիմնումը, որի բացումը տեղի է ունենալու այս շաբաթվա ընթացքում, վկայում է  Հայաստանի և Ուրուգվայի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակի մասին:

Ռոդոլֆո Նին Նովոան նշել է, որ ուրախ է այցելել բարեկամ Հայաստան և հնարավորություն ունենալ քննարկել երկկողմ համագործակցության հարցեր: Ուրուգվայի ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքով՝ Ուրուգվայը կարևորում է Երևանում գլխավոր հյուպատոսության հիմնումը, որը կնպաստի միջպետական հարաբերությունների հետագա սերտացմանը: Նա նշել է, որ Ուրուգվայը կանգնած է Հայաստանի կողքին Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման և դատապարտման գործընթացում և շարունակելու է ջանքերը ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ: Ուրուգվայի ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծել է՝ Ուրուգվայի հայ համայնքը հսկայական դեր է խաղում այդ երկրի զարգացման և հայ-ուրուգվայական բարեկամական կապերի ամրապնդման գործում: Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ իր գործընկերոջ հետ այսօր ունեցած քննարկումներին՝ Ռոդոլֆո Նին Նովոան նշել է, որ արծարծվել են փոխգործակցությունը խորացնելու հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ առևտրատնտեսական կապերի հետագա ընդլայնման հեռանկարները:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ պետք է համատեղ աշխատել քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակը կոնկրետ արդյունքներով տնտեսական հարաբերությունների վերածելու ուղղությամբ: Ուրուգվայի ԱԳ նախարարը համակարծիք է եղել Հայաստանի վարչապետի հետ՝ նշելով, որ կան բազմաթիվ ուղղություններ, որտեղ կա համագործակցելու մեծ ներուժ:

ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը լիարժեք հավատարիմ է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացին և բարձր է գնահատում ԼՂ հիմնահարցի վերաբերյալ Ուրուգվայի անկողմնակալ ու չեզոք դիրքորոշումը և Ուրուգվայի կողմից ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերի աջակցությունը: Ուրուգվայի ԱԳ նախարարը նշել է, որ Ուրուգվայը սատարում է հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը և հանգուցալուծմանը միտված գործընթացին:

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև միջազգային օրակարգի այլ հարցերի շուրջ:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ջերմ բարեմաղթանքներ է հղել Ուրուգվայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին և խնդրել ԱԳ նախարար Ռոդոլֆո Նին Նովոային Ուրուգվայի նախագահին փոխանցել Հայաստան այցելելու հրավերը:
