Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանը դիմել է դատախազություն՝ վիճարկելով հսկող դատախազի անգործությունը
SOCIETYՊաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար մեղադրվող դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Գեորգի Մելիքյանը բողոք է ներկայացրել գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ վիճարկելով գործով հսկող դատախազի անգործությունը։
Այս մասին NEWS.am–ին հայտնեց Գեորգի Մելիքյանը։
Նշենք, որ պաշտպանը վերաքննության կարգով բողոքարկել է նաև Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի աշխատասենյակի խուզարկությունը թույլատրելու մասին դատարանի որոշումը, ինչպես նաև Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի աշխատասենյակի դուռը ապօրինի կնքելու դեպքի կապակցությամբ քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժելու ԱԱԾ–ի որոշումը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 27–ին ԲԴԽ–ն բավարարել էր դատախազության միջնորդությունները և համաձայնություն տվել Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելուն։ ԲԴԽ որոշմամբ՝ դատավորի լիազորությունները կասեցվել էին։
Ավելի ուշ Դավիթ Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից շահադիտական նպատակով կամ անձնական այլ դրդումներով կամ խմբային շահերից ելնելով պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար։
Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գործով դատավորն էր և մայիսի 18–ին որոշում էր կայացրել Քոչարյանին ազատ արձակել՝ հիմք ընդունելով Արցախի ներկա և նախկին նախագահների անձնական երաշխավորությունը։
