Եկեղեցուց փայտե գանձանակը հափշտակելու համար քաղաքացուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Լոռու մարզի Բազում գյուղի եկեղեցու մոմ վաճառելու շինությունից է փայտե գանձանակը հափշտակելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Սպարտակ Նավասարդյանին։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից։
Ըստ մեղադրանքիմ, քաղաքացին 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 15-ին, ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում Լոռու մարզի Բազում գյուղի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող, Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու Գուգարաց թեմին պատկանող մոմ վաճառելու համար նախատեսված շինության ապակին փայտով կոտրելուց հետո, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել հիշյալ շինություն, այնտեղից գաղտնի հափշտակել փայտե գանձանակը եւ կոտրել այն, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցանքն ավարտին չի հասցրել՝ գանձանակում գումար չլինելու պատճառով:
Սպարտակ Նավասարդյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 34-րդ հոդվածի (հանցափորձ) եւ 177-րդ հոդվածի (գողությունը, որը կատարվել է, շինություն ապօրինի մուտք գործելով) հատկանիշներով։ Սպարտակ Նավասարդյանի նկատմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։ Գործը մակագրվել է Լոռու ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանին։ Նշենք, որ Սպարտակ Նավասարդյանը նախկինում ունեցել է դատվածություն։
