Չինաստանը սահմանափակել է ոսկու ներմուծումը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առեւտրային պատերազմի ֆոնին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՉինաստանը վերջին 3 ամսվա ընթացքում սահմանափակել է ոսկու ներմուծումը՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առեւտրային պատերազմի ֆոնին, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը՝ հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին: Կրճատումների ծավալը կազմել է մոտ 300-500 տոննա:
Գործակալության տվյալների համաձայն՝ Չինաստանն աշխարհում ոսկու խոշոր ներմուծողներից է: 2018թ. Չինաստանը մինչեւ 1500 տոննա թանկարժեք մետաղ է ներմուծել: Նման ծավալները պայմանավորված են չինացիների շրջանում զարդերի, ներդրումային ձուլակտորների եւ մետաղադրամների բարձր պահանջով: Չինաստան ոսկի արտահանող հիմնական երկրներն են Շվեյցարիան, Ավստրալիան եւ ՀԱՀ-ը: Ներմուծվող մետաղը վճարվում է ամերիկյան դոլարով, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Ոսկու գնումն իրականացվում է չինական բանկերի կողմից՝ հաշվի առնելով ներմուծման ամենամսյա քվոտան, որը սահմանում է Չինաստանի Ազգային բանկը:
Գործակալությունը նշում է, որ մայիսից քվոտաներն էապես կրճատվել են կամ ընդհանրապես չեն տրամադրվել: Ինչպես նաեւ հաղորդվում է, որ կրճատման հնարավոր պատճառ կարող է լինել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առեւտրային պտերազմի սրման ֆոնին յուանի փոխարժեքի անկման հետ:
Օգոստոսի 5-ին ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը Չինաստանը ներառել էր արժութային մանիպուլյատորների թվին եւ Պեկինից պահանջել «արժութային թափանցիկ քաղաքականություն»: Հաջորդ օրը Չինաստանի Ազգային բանկը հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում ասվում էր, որ նման մեղադրանքներն անհիմն են: Չինական կողմը նշել էր, որ Վաշինգտոնի նման գործողությունները բացասաբար են անդրադառնում միջազգային տնտեսության վրա եւ վնաս հասցնում ֆինանսական գլոբալ համակարգին:
