Գյումրի քաղաքի 57-ամյա բնակչուհու սպանության գործով հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին

Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Գյումրի քաղաքի 57-ամյա բնակչուհու՝ Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից: 

 

 

 

 

 

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին «պոլիտրավմա, գանգուղեղային փակ վնասվածք, կրծքավանդակի փակ վնասվածք, տրավմատիկ շոկ, կոմա» ախտորոշմամբ «Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերություն էր տեղափոխվել Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակչուհի Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանը՝ ծնված 1961 թվականին, ով մահացել էր բժշկական կենտրոնում:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով:

 

Քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ, ինչպես նաև՝ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, որոնց արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է ՌԴ քաղաքացի, պայմանագրային զինծառայող՝ ծնված 1995 թվականին:

 

Քննության տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին` ժամը 07-ի սահմաններում, 24-ամյա երիտասարդը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, հետևել է փողոցում քայլող Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանին, դիտավորությամբ բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցրել նրա գլխին և մարմնի տարբեր մասերին` պատճառելով ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ անզգուշությամբ առաջացնելով մահ:

 

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 24-ամյա զինծառայողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով:  Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

 

 

 

Հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
