Զվարթնոց օդանավակայանում այսօր վաղ առավոտից հերթեր են գոյացել, ինչի պատճառը օդանավակայանի աշխատակիցների քչությունն է։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ թռիչքի սպասող 130-ից 150 հոգուն սպասարկում էր ընդամենը 4 սահմանապահ։ Նման իրավիճակ է ոչ միայն օդանավակայանում, այլ ՀՀ սահմանային գրեթե բոլոր անցակետերում. տեսուչների թիվը չի բավականացնում, վերջիններիս թիվը ավելացնելու խոստումներն էլ կարծես թե իրականություն չեն դառնում, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ իրավիճակը չի շտկվում. մարդիկ ինչպես կիլոմետրերով հերթ էին կանգնում, այնպես էլ շարունակում են այդ հերթերում ժամերով կանգնել:

 

Տարբեր մակարդակում ամեն առիթով և նույնիսկ անառիթ խոսվում է զբոսաշրջության զարգացման անհրաժեշտության մասին, վարչապետն արդեն իսկ ստանձնել է երկրի թիվ մեկ զբոսավարի պարտականությունները, սակայն եթե չկան զարգացած ենթակառուցվածքներ, եթե պատկան մարմիններն ակնհայտորեն թերանում են, ապա ոլորտի ինչպիսի՞ զարգացման մասին է գնում խոսքը: Ենթադրենք, որ զբոսաշրջիկներն ականջալուր են լինում Հայաստան ժամանելու կոչերին, սակայն մեկ անգամ Զվարթնոցում հերթում տառապելուց հետո դժվար թե վերջիններս ցանկանան կրկնել իրենց արկածներով լի ուղևորությունը դեպի Հայաստան:

 

Ներկայումս նկատվում է զբոսաշրջիկների քանակական աճ։ Դրա հետ մեկտեղ խնդիր ունենք մատուցելու այնպիսի ծառայություններ և այնպիսի որակով, որի արդյունքում զբոսաշրջիկը բավարարված կհեռանա մեր երկրից։ Հանրաճանաչ ճշմարտություն է, որ գոհ և բավարարված զբոսաշրջիկը դառնում է տվյալ երկրի դեսպանը և լավագույն գովազդը։ Կարելի է միայն պատկերացնել, թե Հայաստանի սահմանային անցակետեր այցելած զբոսաշրջիկները ինչպիսի հիշողություններ են իրենց հետ տանում հայրենիք: Մատուցած անորակ ծառայությունը, սահմանապահների առաջադրած անհարմարությունները թերևս տուրիզմի զարգացման գլխավոր խոչընդոտն են հանդիսանում:
