Պատմաբան, ազատամարտիկ, ռազմական փորձագետ Արթուր Եղիազարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

 

 

 

«Հայոց Բանակը հերթական անգամ փաստում է, որ օպերատիվությամբ և խնդիրներն արդյունավետ լուծելու կարողությամբ՝ մնում է իր բարձրության վրա։ Վերջին ամիսներին, թշնամու սահմանապահների դեմ պայքարում, ՀՀ Զինված Ուժերը լուրջ հաջողություններ են գրանցել Տավուշի մարզի հյուսիսային հատվածում: Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայության ստորաբաժանումները փորձել են միջդիրքային տարածքում առաջանալ և նոր բնագիծ զբաղեցնել «Բաբաքյար» կոչվող լեռան շրջակայքում, բայց հանդիպելով գնդապետ Գ. Խաչատուրովի հրամանատարությամբ գործող ՀՀ ՊՆ 3-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման մարտական ստորաբաժանումների դիմադրությանը՝ ստիպված են եղել մնալ իրենց տարածքում: Գերազանցելով հակառակորդին՝ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները կարողացել են ավելի քան 140 հեկտար տարածք ազատագրել:

 

ՀՀ Զինված Ուժերի արդյունավետ գործողության արդյունքում հաջողվել է կասեցնել ոչ միայն թշնամու սադրանքը, որը նպատակ ուներ վերահսկողություն սահմանել Հայաստան-Վրաստան ավտոմայրուղու վրա, այլ նաև ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների և պետական քարոզչամեքենայի համար հանկարծակի շրջադարձի արդյունքում հայկական ուժերի զբաղեցրած գերադաս դիրքերից ուղիղ նշանառության տակ է հայտնվել Ադրբեջան-Վրաստան ավտոմայրուղին: Թիրախային գոտում է հայտնվել նաև ադրբեջանական Իքինջի Շըխլը գյուղը և գյուղի ողջ ցանքատարածություններն ու արոտավայրերը: Իսկ առավել կարևոր է այն հանգամանքը, որ եթե թշնամուն հաջողվեր իր ագրեսիվ մտահղացումը՝ ապա վտանգվելու էր Վրաստանով ՀՀ մտնող գազատար խողովակաշարի անվտանգությունը։ Սա կենսական խիստ անհրաժեշտ քայլ էր ՀՀ-ի համար։

 

 

 

Փորձելով կանխել խուճապի տարածումը սեփական բնակչության շրջանում, ինչպես նաև նրան ոգևորող կեղծ լուրեր մատուցելով՝ ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան պարբերաբար դիմում է տեղեկատվական ձեռնածության՝ հրապարակելով տեղեկություն առ այն, որ իբրև թե Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահներն են հաջողություն և առաջխաղացում ունեցել: Իրականում վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանական զինուժը կարողացել է փոքր տարածք զավթել, սակայն ոչ թե Հայաստանից, այլ հարևան Վրաստանից։ Այդ մասին կարող եք աղմկահարույց տարբեր նյութեր տեսնել վրացական մամուլում։ Իսկ Հայաստանի սահմանին էլ ավելի մոտենալ՝ թշնամուն չհաջողվեց:
Սովորաբար հայկական կողմը նման դեպքերում լռություն է պահում, բայց հաշվի առնելով իր բնույթով թշնամի հակառակորդի ապատեղեկատվական գործունեությունը մեր ուղղությամբ՝ կարծում եմ, որ ՀՀ բնակչությունն այս մասին պետք էր իմանար, որպեսզի ապատեղեկատվական քարոզչության զոհ չդառնա։
Այս վերջին գործողությունների արդյունքում ՀՀ Զինված Ուժերը ոչ միայն կարողացան ավելի ամրապնդել սահմանակից մեր գյուղերի և ավտոմայրուղու անվտանգությունը՝ առաջանալով նոր բնագծում, այլև վերահսկողության տակ առնել ադրբեջանական մայրուղին։ Բաքվի իշխանություններին սա պետք է դաս լինի։ Թող մեղավորներ փնտրի իրենց բարձրաստիճան ապաշնորհ զինվորականների շրջանում:
Այսպես պետք է պատժվի հակառակորդը՝ իր ամեն մի նախահարձակ գործողության արդյունքում, ստանալով արժանի հակահարձակում»:
