Իրան-Ադրբեջան-Ռուսաստան եռակողմ հանդիպման չեղարկումն անակնալ էր: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց իրանագետ Արմեն Իսրայելյանը:

 

«Օրերս Ադրբեջանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարն այցելել էր Իրան՝ նախապատրաստելու հանդիպումը: Բավական անակնկալ էր հանդիպման չեղարկումը: Սովորաբար իրանական կողմը պաշտոնական այցերը վերջին օրն է հրապարակում, վերջնական հաստատում է, նոր հրապարակում, ու հաստատել էին, որ Ռոհանին մեկնելու է Սոչի:

Իրանի պետական լրատվամիջոցները հրապարակեցին, որ Ալիևը վատառողջ է, ու դա է պատճառը: Թե իրականում ինչո՞ւ է հետաձգվել այցը, դժվար է ասել»,- ասաց նա:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Բաքուն, Թեհրանն ու Մոսկվան պատրաստվում էին օգոստոսին Սոչիում կայանալիք եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովին, որի շրջանակներում օրակարգ են բերվելու Հայաստանի շահերին ուղղակիորեն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր:

Դրանցից մեկը Հյուսիս-հարավ էլեկտրաէներգետիկ միջանցքի կառուցման աշխատանքներն են, որոնց շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգերի սինխրոնիզացման ապահովում ադրբեջանական ենթակառուցվածքների միջոցով, և երկրորդ՝ Հյուսիս-հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային լոգիստիկ միջանցքում ադրբեջանական բաղադրիչին համակարգված կարգավիճակ տալ:

Հանդիպումը հետաձգվեց տեխնիկական պատճառներով:

Իրանագետն ասաց, որ պաշտոնական Թեհրանը փորձում է դիվանագիտական ջանքերն ուղղել ԱՄՆ նախաձեռնությամբ Պարսից ծոցում ձևավորվելիք նոր դաշինքի գործունեության խաթարմանը, որին հնարավոր է մասնակցի Իսրայելը:

«Քանի որ հանդիպման ավարտին պետք է լիներ համատեղ հայտարարություն, որտեղ, գիտեք, նշվում են կողմերի համար կարևոր հարցերը, գուցե Իրանը ցանկացել է անդրադառնալ այս հարցին, ինչին օրինակ դեմ է եղել Ադրբեջանը: Չի բացառվում, որ սա է եղել խնդիրը ու նրանք ցանկացել են, որ Պարսից ծոցի հարցը դուրս գա աշխարհաքաղաքական օրակարգից, և նոր հանդիպեն»,- նշեց Արմեն Իսրայելյանը:
