Դինոզավրի եղունգներով, քրտնած, փռչոտ վարորդներ. պահանջում են, որ ոլորտը վերահսկի ոստիկանությունը

Ուղեւորափոխադրման ոլորտում անհրաժեշտ են արմատական փոփոխություններ, որոնք հնարավոր կլինեն միայն այն դեպքում, երբ ոստիկանությունն իր վերահսկողության տակ վերցնի ոլորտը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ավտովարորդների պաշտպանության լիգայի» նախագահ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Որպեսզի Տրանսպորտի նախարարությունը գրանտային սկզբունքով ամեն անգամ Համաշխարհային բանկից գումար չպահանջի օրենք գրելու համար, ինչը ես ամոթալի երեւույթ եմ համարում, մենք կարծում ենք, որ այս ոլորտը պետք է համակարգվի ոստիկանության հզորությամբ եւ ներուժով»,- ասաց Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Ավտովարորդների պաշտպանության լիգայի» նախագահի կարծիքով՝ ոստիկանության բազայում պետք է գրանցված լինեն երթուղայինների եւ տաքսու վարորդների տվյալները, որը հնարավորություն կտա Հայաստանի մասշտաբով վերահսկել ոլորտը եւ կենտրոնանալ վարորդների որակավորման վրա:
«Առաջարկում ենք` ոստիկանը ստուգի վարորդին, նրա մարդկային կերպարը` հոտը, քրտինքը, շորտերը, հագուկապը, որից բողոքում են: Ոստիկանության հետ միասին հասարակության հետ շփումով մենք վերջապես որակ կմտցնենք ոլորտ: Որպեսզի մեր ընտանիքի անդամներին դինոզավրի եղունգներով, փռչոտ ոտքերը բաց, սպորտային մայկա-տրուսիկով, քրտինքով մայկայով վարորդները չտեղափոխեն: Մենք ուզում ենք` ժողովուրդը չզզվի վարորդի կերպարից»,- նշեց Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Ավտովարորդների պաշտպանության լիգայի» նախագահն առաջարկում է վարորդների համար ուսումնական հաստատություն ստեղծել, որտեղ նրանց ուղեւորների հետ ճիշտ շփվելու կանոններ կսովորեցնեն:
Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը նշեց, որ խնդրո առարկա է նաեւ վարորդների աշխատաժամերը:
«Փոխադրողների նախագահն արդեն հասկանում է, որ վարորդներին չի կարելի 16 ժամ աշխատեցնել, չի կարելի պլան դնել նրանց վրա: Նրանք ստրուկների պես, պլանն ուսերին, գժի պես քշում են, մարդ հավաքում, միայն թե պլանը հանեն: Մենք ուզում ենք` Աշխատանքային օրենսգիրքը վերջապես գործի: Տաքսի սերվիսներում, փոխադրողների մոտ վարորդները 16 ժամ են աշխատում: Հիմա որ աշխատանքային տեսչությունը դուրս գա տուգանելու, ուրեմն Հայաստանում բոլոր փոխադրող ծառայությունները պետք է փակվեն, ու մենք 90- ականների պես ոտքով քայլենք»,- նշեց Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Ավտովարորդների պաշտպանության լիգայի» նախագահը ավելացրեց, որ ուղեւորափոխադրողների ոլորտը բարելավելու համար անհրաժեշտ է Կառավարության աջակցությունը:
