Սա համայն հայության հարց է, ես պիտի որոշեմ իմ ապագան. Երեւանում ապրելով՝ իմ փոխարեն ոչ ոք չի կարող որոշել: Այս մասին այսօր` օգոստոսի 19-ին,  Բաղրամյան 26-ի դիմաց Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման դեմ բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ասաց մասնակիցներից Հրայր Կոստանյանը` նշելով, որ  դժգոհ է վարչապետի՝ Ամուլսարի հարցով միայն պետական մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներին քննարկման հրավիրելու որոշումից:

«Չինովնիկներին Ջերմուկից կանչել է, իբր թե քննարկում է անում, ո՞ւմ հետ է քննարկում անում: Սա համայն հայության հարց է, ես պիտի որոշեմ իմ ապագան: Երեւանում ապրելով՝ իմ փոխարեն ոչ ոք չի կարող որոշել», - ասաց նա:

Նրա խոսքով, եթե Փաշինյանը չլսի ժողովրդի ձայնը, ապա կարժանանա իր նախորդի` Սերժ Սարգսյանի ճակատագրին.

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ժողովրդի ձայնը չի լսում, Սերժիզմը շարունակվում է ու ես էսօր հրապարակավ հայտարարում եմ՝ եթե ինքը չսթափվի, ինքը արժանանալու է Սերժ Սարգսյանի ճակատագրին, բայց շատ ավելի վատ: Կառավարությունը պետք է վաղուց այդ հարցի լուծումը տար, եթե Սերժինմերժել ես, պետք է մերժես այս Սահմանադրությունը, եւ պարտադիր բոլոր կետերը պետք է համապատասխանեն մեր ժողովրդի շահերին»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ այդ փորձաքննության արդյունքների՝ եզրակացության ընթացքում 16 կետ է նշվել, որոնք պահպանելու դեպքում բնապահպանական ռիսկերը կդառնան կառավարելի:

Այս պահին Բաղրամյան 26-ում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ջերմուկցիներին հրավիրել է հանդիպման: Միաժամանակ Բաղրամյան-26-ի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա է ընթանում ընդդեմ Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման:
