SOCIETYԱԺ-ի մոտից բերման ենթարկված Միքայել Մարգարյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ իրեն վրդովեցրել է, որ ոչ միայն ԱԺ դարպասներն էին փակ, որը խոստացվել էր, որ ժողովրդի համար բաց կլինի, այլ նաև փակ էր մայթը:
«Ուստի, համարում եմ, որ այլ ելք չունեինք, քան փակեինք փողոցը, փորձեցինք Բաղրամյանը փակել և ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այս խայտառակ իրավիճակին»,-ասաց նա:
Քաղաքացին նշեց, որ իրեն բերման են ենթարկել հենց փողոցը փակելու համար: «Գրվում է, որ ոստիկանի օրինական պահանջը չկատարելու համար, ես գտնում եմ, որ ոստիկանության պահանջը ապօրինի էր, օրինական չէր, և մենք իրավունք ունեինք և հավաք անելու և փողոց փակելու, ինչպես մեզ, ազգին սովորեցրել է ներկայիս վարչապետը»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ կոպիտ կերպով ձևով է ոստիկանությունը բերման ենթարկել:
Ըստ նրա` այսօրվա Հայաստանում այդպիսի վարվելակերպ չպետք է լինի: «Երբ ոստիկանին ասում ես՝ խնդիր չկա, ես պատրաստ եմ բերման ենթարկվել, բայց մի կոպտեք, իսկ նրանք թև են ոլորում, հեռախոս են ուզում խլել, երբ ուղիղ եթեր ես անում, հեռախոսս վայր ընկավ, ներսում էլ կապտուկներով մարդ կա: Կարծում եմ, որ ոստիկանությունը դեռ իներցիայի տակ է»,-ասաց նա:
Միքայել Մարգարյանն ասաց, որ ժողովուրդը չպետք է վախենա, այլ վարչապետը, ոստիկանապետը պետք է վախենա ժողովրդից: «Վերջապես պետք է ժողովրդից վախենան, հաշվի նստեն ժողովրդի պահանջին»,-ասաց նա և համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ լավ թե վատ ճանապարհով Ամուլսարի հարցը լուծվելու է ժողովրդի օգտին:
