«Բնապահպանության շահն էլ պետք է հավասարակշռված լինի». Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադառնում է Ամուլսարի շահագործման հարցին. ուղիղ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այսօր ֆեյսբուքյան էջի ուղիղ եթերում անդրադարձավ Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման հարցին: Նա նախ մեջբերեց իր հայտարարությունը  2018 թվականի հունիսի 25-ին, որտեղ ասել է, որ չի հասկանում  քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության գործընթացը Ամուլսարում, և իրենց գործողությունները պետք է փաստերի հիման վրա լինեն, և իրենք կաշկանդված չեն ոչնչով, ցանկացած որոշում անհերքելի փաստերի վրա պետք է լինի, եթե խնդիրը սաբոտաժը չէ:

Իր մեջբերած հաջորդ մեջբերումը 2018 թվականի հուլիսի վեցից էր, որտեղ ասել է, որ հանքի շահագործման պրոցեսը վաղուց է սկսվել, ահռելի ծավալի ներդրում է արվել: «Հանքի հետ կապված որոշումը պետք  է կայացնել փաստերի, ոչ թե էմոցիաների հիման վրա»,-ասաց նա և կարևորեց Հայաստանի հավասարակշռված շահը:

 

«Այդ տվյալ կոնտեքստում ի՞նչ եմ նկատի ունեցել Հայաստանի հավասարակշռված շահ ասելով, քանի որ հավասարակշռված շահն ունի բնապահպանական, տնտեսական, իրավական կոմպոնենտ, և հավասարակշռված շահն այն է,  որ այս բոլոր շահերը հավասարակշռվում են: Այսօր հանդիպման ժամանակ ասացի, որ բնապահպանության շահն էլ պետք է հավասարակշռված լինի և օրինակ բերեց, որ եթե Բաղրամյան 26-ը չկառուցվեր, կարող էր լիներ կանաչ դաշտ, որտեղ խոտեր, դաշտեր աճեին, ինչը բնապահպանական առումով նորմալ կլիներ: Նույնը վերաբերում է Երևան քաղաքին: Բնական կածանը ավելի լավ է բնապահպանական առումով, քան ասֆալտապատված ճանապարհը»,-ասաց նա և շարունակեց մեջբերումներ անել իր նախկին հայտարարություններից:

Վարչապետը նշեց, որ նախորդ տարի ասել էր, որ իր համար անհասկանալի էին ըմբոստության բողոքները: Ապա հիշեցրեց իր կողմից ավելի վաղ կատարված հայտարարություններն այս հարցով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Քննչական կոմիտեն հրապարակել է Ամուլսարի ոսկեբեր քվարցիտների հանքավայրի շահագործման հետ կապված համալիր փորձաքննության արդյունքները, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել էր Advanced Resources Development (ELARD) ընկերության փորձագետների խմբին: 

Ըստ այդ փորձաքննության արդյունքների՝ եզրակացության ընթացքում 16 կետ է նշվել, որոնք պահպանելու դեպքում բնապահպանական ռիսկերը կդառնան կառավարելի:

Ջերմուկի բնակիչները և ոչ միայն նրանք դեմ են հանդես գալիս այս արդյունքներին, հանրահավաքներ ու երթեր են անցկացվել: Այսօր հանդիպում է կայացել վարչապետի հետ:
