POLITICSԱմուլսարի ոսկու բաց հանքի շահագործման մասին որոշումը ունի բացառապես քաղաքական բնույթ, իսկ այդ որոշումն ընդունելու բացառիկ իրավասությունը պատկանում է քաղաքական իշխանությանը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Ղազինյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Քանի որ աշխարհում գոյություն չունի որեւէ մետաղական հանք, որի շահագործումը չվնասի շրջակա միջավայրին, շահագործման մասին որոշման քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը կրում է իշխանությունը։
Սերժ Սարգսյանը եւ իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, Ամուլսարի մետաղական հանքի շահագործման քաղաքական որոշման համար կրեցին իրենց բաժին քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը, հիմա հերթը «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքինն ու անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանինն է։
Ամբողջ խնդիրը ազնվությունն ու անկեղծությունն է, որ պետք է ցուցաբերի իշխանությունը իր քաղաքացիների հանդեպ եւ խոստովանի, որ Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման մասին որոշումը կայացված է եղել դեռեւս անցած տարի, իսկ այդ որոշման մասին Փաշինյանը տեղեկացրել է Լիդիան ընկերության ղեկավարներին՝ Փարիզում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Կառավարության կողմից պատվիրված թանկարժեք փորձաքննությունը պետք է հիմք հանդիսանար այս որոշման հրապարակման համար, հետեւաբար այն խիստ կասկածելի պայմաններում պատվիրվեց կասկածելի ծագում եւ փորձառություն ունեցող ընկերությանը՝ այդ նպատակի համար ծախսելով հարկատուների վճարած 400.000$։ Կարծում եմ, մեր կոռուպցիային պատերազմ հայտարարած մեր իրավապահ մարմինները պետք է հետաքննեն այս փաստը եւ փարատել հասարակության ներսում առկա կասկածները։
Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն հանքի շահագործման խնդրին, ապա կխուսափեմ այս հարցի վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշում հայտնելուց, քանի որ, կրկնում եմ, սա իշխանության քաղաքական որոշում է, որի համար առկա է քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն։
Իշխանության գործընկերը չեմ, իսկ օպոնենտ լինել չեմ ցանկանում՝ անհարկի պոպուլիզմից խուսափելու եւ բնապահպանների պայքարը չքաղաքականացնելու համար»:
