POLITICSԵթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մինչեւ 2020–ը մնա իշխանության, նշանակում է հայ ազգն ընտրել է կործանման ճանապարհը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 23–ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ասաց ԱԻՄ առաջնորդ Պարույր Հայրիկյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ժողովրդի կամքով հեռացված Սերժ Սարգսյանի օրոք ընդունված ընտրական օրենսգրքով եւ Սահմանադրությամբ չէր կարող ձեւավորվել լեգիտիմ իշխանություն:
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրում ասել է, որ այս ընտրական օրենսգրքով լեգիտիմ իշխանություն չի կարող ձեւավորվել։ Հիմա ամեն տեսակի բարեկրթություն թողած պիտի ասես՝ լսիր, դու այն ժամանակ էիր ապուշ, թե՞ հիմա, այն ժամանակ էիր ստախոս, թե՞ հիմա։ Դու այն ժամանակ ասում էիր՝ այս օրենսգրքով չի կարող ձեւավորվել օրինական խորհրդարան։ Հիմա ասում ես՝ մենք ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված խորհրդարան ունենք, գոնե մի հատ ասա ներողություն, այն ժամանակ ես, օրինակի համար, դեղս չէի խմել, այն ժամանակ ես վատառողջ էի, գիտակցական մակարդակս ցածր էր, խաբեբա էի, դրա համար ձեզ ասում էի դրանով չի կարող լինել , բայց քանի որ հիմա եկել եմ իշխանության, կարող է այդ օրենսգրքով ձեւավորվել լեգիտիմ իշխանություն»,–ասաց նա։
Պարույր Հայրիկյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարությունը խոսում է 2020–ին Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, մինդեռ ըստ նրա՝ այդ քայլը վաղուց էր պետք անել.
«Այդ տեսակ մարդը ասում է՝ 2020թ Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողով պետք է ստեղծվի, այ անշնորք, դեռեւս Սահմանադրություն ընդունելու պահին ես ասել, սա Սերժ Սարգսյանի հագով կարված Սահմանադրություն է եւ երբ ասում էիր «մերժիր Սերժին», առաջին հերթին դա պետք է նկատի ունենայիր, այսինքն դու դա պետք է վաղուց արած լինեիր։ ի՞նչ է, քո ստախոսություններով մինչեւ 2020–ը պիտի իշխանության մնա՞ս։ Մեր ազգի կործանումը կլինի, եթե դու մինչեւ 2020 թ քո ստորություններով մնաս հայ ժողովրդի գլխավոր դեմքը, նշանակում է հայ ազգն ընտրել է կործանման ճանապարհը»,–վրդովված հայտարարեց Հայրիկյանը։
