Մեկ տարի առաջ քանդված պատնեշը ժողովրդի և կառավարող էլիտայի միջև վերականգնվում է։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է իրավապաշտպան Զարուհի Հովհաննիսյանը։
«Այսօր ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունում բացատրություն տվեցի՝ օգոստոսի 19-ի դեպքերի կապակցությամբ իրականացվող ծառայողական քննության շրջանակներում։ Մանրամասն նկարագրելով իմ հանդեպ ուժ կրառելու և ասֆալտին պառկեցնելու գործողությունը, այդուհանդերձ ընդգծեցի, որ տվյալ ոստիկանից չունեմ պահանջ ու առավել ևս թշնամանք նրա հանդեպ, թեև թևիս և ոտքիս կան այդ գործողության հետքերը՝ կապտուկների տեսքով։ Ինձ համար խնդրահարույց է ու վիրավորական ոստիկանության նման գործողության հնարավորությունը, որը սկիզբ առավ Բաղրամյան 26-ի առջև՝ ոստիկանության ուժերի կուտակմամբ, շարունակվեց ԱԺ-ին հարակից այգին ոստիկանների կողմից քաղաքացիների առջև փակելով և իր կուլմինացիային հասավ ՊՊԾ 3-րդ գումարտակի ուժերի կողմից կոպիտ բռնությամբ։
Այդ ամբողջ շղթայում 3-րդ գումարտակի ոստիկանը, որին չեմ ճանաչում, կատարում էր հրաման, և ինձ համար նման հրամաններ արձակելն է խնդրահարույց ու վիրավորական։ Սա նաև ակնհայտ խտրական վերաբերմունք է հանրային բողոքի անցիաներին մասնակցող քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ։ Եվ եթե զուգահեռներ տանենք դատարանները շրջափակած քաղաքացիների հանդեպ ոստիկանության անհավանական մեղմ վերաբերմունքի հետ, որն, ի դեպ, քրեական հանցագործություն է, կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ այսուհետ թույլատրելի են միայն ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից սանկցավորված ու նրա կոչով կայացվող հանրային միջոցառումները, մնացած դեպքերում հանդիպելու ենք ոստիկանական կոշտ ճնշումների։ Դա նաև նշանակում է, որ մեկ տարի առաջ քանդված պատնեշը ժողովրդի և կառավարող էլիտայի միջև վերականգնվում է, ինչը հայաստանյան նոր իրավիճակին անհարիր է ու նոր հիասթափություններով լի։
