Արցախի «Ազատ հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

 

 

 

«Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ

 

Այս օրերին Ստեփանակերտում և հանրապետության մի շարք համայնքներում առաջացած խմելու ջրի «ճգնաժամի» հաղթահարումը լոկալ մոտեցումներով երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով արդարացված չէ: Այս իմաստով համայնքներում ներքին ցանցի կառուցումը ծրագրի միայն մի մասն է կազմում, և, մասնագիտական դիտարկումների համաձայն, աշխատանքները պետք է շարունակվեն ջրային նոր ռեսուրսների ներգրավմամբ, քանի որ ռիսկի գործոնը մեծ է, որ շոգ եղանակների պատճառով ամեն տարի այս անցանկալի իրավիճակը կարող է կրկնվել:

 

Մայրաքաղաքի դեպքում խնդրի լուծման գլխավոր երաշխիքը կարող է հանդիսանալ Պատարայի ջրամբարի կառուցումը, որի նախագծանախահաշվային բոլոր փաստաթղթերը պատրաստ են: Այն շահագործելու պարագայում Ստեփանակերտն ամբողջությամբ կապահովենք շուրջօրյա ու ավելի որակյալ խմելու ջրով: Խմելու և ոռոգովի մշտական ջուր կունենան նաև Ասկերանի շրջանի տասնյակ գյուղական համայնքներ և հազարավոր հեկտար անջրդի հողատարածքներ:

 

 

 

Հաշվի առնելով հարցի օրախնդիր լինելը, «Ազատ հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը որոշում է կայացրել աշնանային նստաշրջանում «Հայրենիք» խորհրդարանական խմբակցության միջոցով հետևողական աշխատանք ծավալել, որպեսզի ջրամբարի կառուցման ծրագիրը ներառվի 2020թ. պետական բյուջեի ծախսային մասում:
