«Վարչապետի այցը Ջերմուկ հետախուզական նպատակ ուներ». Ջերմուկցին՝ Փաշինյանի հետ առանց տեսախցիկների հանդիպման մասին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցը Ջերմուկ հետախուզական նպատակ ուներ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Ջերմուկի բնակիչ Շիրակ Բունիաթյանը:
«Կարծում եմ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վարչապետի դերում կարիք ուներ հասկանալ, թե ինչ է Ջերմուկն, ընդհանրապես: Վստահ եմ՝ ինքը տեսավ, որ սա կայացած առողջարան է: Պատահական չէր, որ նա այցելում էր մարդկանց բնակարաններ, ծեծում էր պատահական դռներ, փորձում էր հասկանալ, թե արդյոք իրոք գոյություն ունի հանրային մեծամասնություն, որը դեմ է Ամուլսարում հանքարդյունաբերությանը, թե՞ սա ուղղակի ուղղորդված մարդիկ են, ճանապարհ են փակել եւ այլն:
Վարչապետը տեսավ, որ բոլորն էլ ջերմուկում դեմ են հանքարդյունաբերությանը: Այդ բոլորին հնարավոր չէր ուղղորդել»,-ասաց նա:
Բունիաթյանի խոսքով, վարչապետի այցը չէ, որ պետք է գոհացնի Ջերմուկի բնակչությանը. «Բնակչությունն արդեն 1,5 տարի է, գիշերում է դրսում, հերթափոխով պաշտպանում են Ամուլսարը: Վերջնական հստակ որոշումը կարող է միայն գոհացնել բնակչությանը: Մենք չգիտենք, թե այս պրոցեսները որքան կտեւեն: Մենք առանց տեսախցիկների եւս խոսեցինք վարչապետի հետ, բայց խոսել ենք այն, ինչ խոսվել է հրապարակավ, ոչ մի նոր բան չկար: Մենք ստացանք տպավորություն, որ վարչապետի կողմից չկա կողմնապահություն, այնպես չէր, որ նա եկել էր մեզ համոզելու, որ ճանապարհները բացենք, կամ ասեր՝ մի բացեք: Վստահ եմ՝ վարչապետը չունի շահադիտական նպատակներ այդ հանքից: Ինքն այս պահին իրոք, իրավական ուղիներ է փնտրում, որ հարցը լուծվի նվազագույն վնասներով մարդկանց համար»,-ասաց ջերմուկցին:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ որքան էլ հարգեն վարչապետին, իրենց ծննդավայրում իրենք են որոշելու, թե ինչպես ապրեն: «Մենք չենք էլ ուզում պատկերացնել, որ պետք է վերադառնանք հին Հայաստանի մեթոդներին, որտեղ ժողովրդավարությունը զսպվում էր ուժի միջոցով, մասնավորապես ոստիկանական ուժի միջոցով: Ես անձամբ որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի չեմ հավատում, որ պետք է նոր Հայաստանում հարցերը լուծվեն ուժի միջոցով»,-ասաց Բունիթյանը:
