POLITICSԱյս տարի Գյումրին լինելու է Հայաստանի անկախության տոնակատարությունների կենտրոնը: Այս մասին այսօր` օգոստոսի 25-ին, Գյումրիում քաղաքի օրվան նվիրված տոնական համերգից առաջ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին գլխավոր տոնակատարությունները տեղի են ունենալու Գյումրի քաղաքում, եւ այսպիսով մենք նոր ավանդույթի սկիզբ ենք դնում, այսպես ամեն տարի մենք սեպտեմբերի 21-ի տոնկատարությունը մարզից մարզ ենք տեղափոխելու եւ սկսելու ենք Գյումրիից, եւ այսօր ուզում եմ հայտարարեմ Գյումրիի միամսյակ մինեչւ սեպտեմբերի 21-ը: Շնորհավոր Գյումրի քո տոնը, դուխով ժողովուրդ, դուխով»,- ասաց նա:
«Ես երբեք Գյումրիի Վարդանանց հրապարակը այսքան մարդաշատ չեմ տեսել նույնիսկ հեղափոխության օրերին: Եւ սա նշանակում է, որ Գյումրին հաղթել է, գյումրեցին հաղթել է, կյանքը հաղթել է, աշխատանքը հաղթել է, Հայաստանը հաղթել է, հայ ժողովուրդը հաղթել է: Սիրելի գյումրեցիներ, ես ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ սա տոն է, բոլոր քաղաքների համար, բոլոր բնակավայրերի համար եւ ուզում եմ` բոլորիս պարզ լինի, թե ինչու է Գյումրին այսքան կարեւոր բոլորիս համար: Այն ժամանակներում երբ երկար տարիների ասպատակություններից, ավերներից հետո Հայաստանը կիսավեր, խրճիթային, գեղջկական մի երկիր էր, Գյումրին եղել է Հայաստանի քաղաքային կյանքի ամենակարեւոր կենտրոնը: Գյումրին մեզ բոլորիս համար պահել, պահպանել, զարգացրել է քաղաքային կյանքի ավանդույթը, եւ սա է պատճառը որ այսօր մենք Գյումրին այսքան կարեւորում ենք, որովհետեւ Գյումրին մեր ժողովրդի համար ավելի դժնդակ տարիներին պահել է մեր ժողովրդի կերպարը, դիմագիծը: Այս է պատճառը, որ մենք սիրում, պաշտում ենք Գյյումրին, հպարտանում ենք Գյումրիով, հպարտանում ենք գյումրեցիներով»,- ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ պետք է փոխվի Գյումրիի ընկալումը. «Բավական է Գյումրի ասելով մենք հասկանանք աղետի գոտի, որովհետեւ Գյումրին աշխատանքի, մշակույթի, հաղթանակի, հիմա նաեւ արդեն հեղափոխության, ժողովրդի հաղթանակի, քաղաքակրթության եւ ժողովրդավարության կենտրոն է: Սա չի նշանակում, թե 1988 թվականի աղետի հետեւանքները վերացված են, ամենեւին, բայց երբ մենք ասում ենք ՀՀ հպարտ քաղաքացիներ, դա չի նշանակում, որ մեր հպարտությունը այս ընթացքում հարվածներ չի ստացել, մենք պարտությունների միջով անցնելով կարողացել ենք նոր ուժ տալ հաղթանակի մեր կամքին»:
Վարչապետը բոլորին կոչ արեց գալ եւ տեսնել Գյումրին:
Նշենք, որ այսօր Գյումրին տոնում է քաղաքի օրը: Տոնակատարությունը կրում է «Վարպետների քաղաք» խորագիրը։ Քաղաքի տոնակատարությանը մասնակցում է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ տիկնոջ եւ դուստրերի հետ։ Գյումրիում են նաեւ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ՝ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, պատգամավորներ, կառավարության անդամներ: Հյուրեր են եկել նաեւ տարբեր երկրներից:
